I go to MacKellan on Earth station for 75 lvl upgrade - but have 2 dialogs with her because mission log not updated. And after dialogs with MacKellan wasn't any promotions jobs. I don't know - maybe shouldn't. After I have 2 dialogs with Yard on Luna and pay 100k+300k. Try relogin and restart game. But now I am commander (remain) - not a captain and not have new weapon slot and next upgrade mission in mission log 135 lvl - not 100. Please HELP.
