Let's look at this logically (screenshot or not)...people are not going to pay hundreds of millions in credits (sometimes a billion in some cases) for an item that is non-trade, especially back in live. [/quote] I just checked this and you [b]CAN[/b] use it on group members. Its following the same rules like in live: "Turbo Weapons (activated)" = never usable on another player but yourself "Reduce weapon delay (activated)" = usable on yourself and group members. Focus of the Warder is the item that should buff group members - and it is. [/quote] Hmm....the Cyberdrenaline Rush device is "turbo weapons" activated...in live you could buff others with it. My JE had one and was able to buff others with it. The only other conclusion I can come to is that in live the turbo buff for the Cyberdrenaline Rush was actually "reduce weapon delay" by 5% instead of "turbo weapons (activated)"...which is the current description for it. It's either this, or some devices were useable on others while others simply weren't...regardless of the "turbo buff" description. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Putting aside recollections of live does it not make sense anyway that a RAID ITEM like the DEA should activate the turbo buff on group members? A raid item should be that good!
