Yes Muhir I understand that but is 24 hours a reasonable amount of time for going through the logs (here comes -24), at this point I am hoping that the people who keep ticking me off will show their faces and voice their thoughts and please no swearing or vulgar language of any sort. Who has time to take 2 hours to debug and recompile when they are shaving and washing their butt for another day at the office? Then people get home, have dinner, put the kids to bed, sex up the wife. THEN if theres time, they can check the computer and fix whats broken? 24 hours isnt all that ridiculous to me. Like I said, Tienbau has been gone for a month, Kyp usually comes on later, Rolo is on UK time IIRC, and Dave shows up when Dave shows up. Do we need another server Dev? Maybe, for convenience sake. Both of which could take longer to resolve than a simple server/application crash. Also note that if there is any problem with the database this could also take some time to resolve.....and its the weekend for the Devs across the pond.....so cross your fingers that we have an update sooner rather than later. note: I voted your post up. Should it be hardware or network issue then we are in serious trouble. I was also planning a weekend with the fishies, the ten-gu must be so disappointed that I didn't show up. Around November or December last year, I was far too busy to post because I was moving at the time, so I put up a video of elevator music which I would find every day on YouTube to let my readers know I'm still around, but temporarily indisposed. amelea Posted June 22, 2012 Report Share Posted June 22, 2012 I agree with Ryle in that the developers should be thanked that they're even working on this game. They aren't being paid a salary for this, like the devs of EnB while it was still live were. If I recall correctly from live, the server would be down for a couple days at a time sometimes, and we paid monthly fees to play. From what I've seen so far of the emulator, the devs have done quite a good job of maintaining the servers, especially since this game is still being stress tested. This game is free to play and fun to play, even though it has its glitchy moments and the server has seizures at times. On another note, I'm sure there's work we all need to get to anyway, and we were just using EnB to procrastinate doing it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
