Its really to bad that someone cant take 30 seconds to drop in and give us a heads up. Lack of communications is never good for anyone, just ask all the divorced people. Popular Post Mattsacre Posted May 13, 2012 Popular Post Report Share Posted May 13, 2012 Hehe its unpaid, volunteer, sometimes overwelmed/overworked, sometimes not even present or aware "staff", there is no "depth" thats achievable. 2 maybe 3 people have access to the "switch" to start the game, even if they had 50 more volunteers it would still be 2 or 3 with the switch. When they are bringing it down to work on it, the coders/devs are in-the-groove and hurried and harried enough that they most times don't have the time or think it's going to be soon(tm) that they don't post whats going on. When it's down becuase of a crash etc. they either are scrambling to bring it up and don't really have a ETA so why post and get folks hopes up? OR they aren't even present/aware it has crashed and they have to get home to reset it ( this is a free part time thing for them...they DO have to work to pay the bills in RL) or become aware (i.e. wake up in their time zone) to do so.
