stardragon Posted June 5, 2011 Report Share Posted June 5, 2011 i dont know if this is new or just a broken skill tree . on the ps power doen skill in the skill log is says to see Tover Maxe at lvl 6 . i saw him at that lvl asnd he didnt give skill and now at lvl 12 still no mission. my toons name is Dragonsheart she is a ps lvl 12. [/quote] Theyre are several other missions you had to complete prior to seeing Tovar Maxe in your start zone to get the PowerDown mission. I believe you need to speak with Reclaimer Orgus...
