Daywolf
In the net7 config there is 1280x720 resolution but it’s not 16:9 native so the pixels are rectangular and not square (makes a stretched picture). It looks alot like 1024x786 just stretched to 1280x720. Now I know that the Earth is a bit oval but not THAT oval... like a big goose eg:) So is that just how it is with no 16:9? I know it didn't launch with widescreen support, but not sure if the net7 resolution is suppose to work correctly or just a Micky Mouse fix. StarSeekerVDS
*shudder* I should be getting my widescreen monitor back in the mail before too long... I hope this thing can be letterboxed!
Deej
Do you mean the 'Earth & Beyond Configuration' utility under 'Earth & Beyond' in the 'Start -> Programs' menu? As far as I'm aware, E&B only ever offered support for 4:3 ratio resolutions.
Daywolf
Open the net7 configuration tool, the resolution slider is on the video tab. Notice first four words of my post
Slayerman
The graphics will 'scale' to display in these resolutions. Therefore will 'stretch' when running in 16:9. Widescreen didnt exist when the client was created .. Not much we can do without a new client (I think)
