LaunchNet7 - Error

Recommended Posts

Good evening,

i have serious problem, which drives me crazy :)

I installed the Game from the scratch with net7 1.8.1.

When i start Net7 now, he starts to patch but after a few seconds brings up the Error

"Update failed.Downloaded file is invalid. Please restart launcher and repatch files.

"File xxx\...\Earth&Beyondc:\Program files\...\gpl.txt"

Even after installing several Net Frameworks (now running with 4.0), reinstalling all software and everything else gthinkable to me, he won't go beyond this point :)

Any ideas?

Thx in advance

KK

I'm very sorry for the trouble. This weekend, our server crashed and we're still rebuilding. The files necessary for the patching system have not been entirely replaced yet. The patching system should be available again within a few hours. Please try to patch again later.

No one can please post here link for actual gpl.txt ?

If this help with running patcher...

I'm sorry. I do not know what file you are looking for. "gpl.txt" is not a file that we use. Are you having trouble with the launcher?

To the others who posted in this thread: If you haven't already noticed, the patching system should be completely restored now. :P

I see now what you were looking for. The problem should be solved. There is another thread about this issue here:

Same problem with file version.txt

There were a couple jumbled files left. It should be completely solved now. Let me know if you have any more trouble.
