Unable to Login

Recommended Posts

So i've added all of the patches, i've made an account on the forums and the net-7 site, activated both, i'm on the right server, i've run the configurations and i still can't log on. I get to the login screen and it tells me EA is currently unavailable and my username and password isn't recognized. I've been wanting to play this game since it first came out but they stoped running it when we finaly got high speed growing up. So i'm really excited to finally get to play but I need help!

Thanks!

This would indicate that some of the files haven't been modified that require such, are you running LaunchNet7.exe as an administrator on your computer? This is a necessity if you're on Windows Vista or Seven. Also, let's start with some basic stats if this isn't the problem, tell me about your PC.

thats what i'm using. I use launchNet7 shortcut on my desktop and i run it as administrator. I have all the updates for the proxy server.

I had this problem on one of my computers, try running the update again. First time didn't take... If that doesn't work, uninstall Net7 and reinstall/reupdate... Hope you get on soon.

which update?

all, re-run our launcher as admin, and click Launcher > Reset Updates; Launcher > Check for Update, this should prompt it to download everything and repatch it all.
