Prismatic Dragon Wing

Is it at all possible to remove the Terran Trader only restriction on the Prismatic Dragon Wing and make it available to all 'Traders'? There is an extreme lack of high level recharge shield skill buff gear for us non TT healers.

That would be cool for seekers since they can make engines.

May be make the Sharim Prototype Shield available altering the PSI shield buff perhaps adding some deflects or some other idea. Wondering about the White Dwarf reactors are the buffs on the levels 8 & 9 bugged? The level 7 has a recharge shields skill buff but the 8 & 9 don't -- otherwise they'd be pretty useful for seekers.

I don't have a problem with this engine being TT only. PT can't use L9 engines, and JT is better off with an SS8.

better idea, make engines for the other 2 classes , give them race type buffs as well as the one we all want

I have corrected the Lvl 8-9 White Drawf reactor buffs to be the same as the lvl 7. Thanks for mentioning this.

how let the TS use it? but for them it would be hull patch? and oh yeah... I mean since we took away build reactors from the TS and gave them build engines they could make it as well...

I don't really see a point in the Scout Or Enforcer using the engine in question. The damage control buffs would be nice for them, but there aren't any skill buffs relevent to the other 2 Terran classes.
