No Activation Email

Hi I have two accounts this one and eizen its been about 2 months since i have played and i thought i forgot my password. so i Reset my passwords that suceeded and then said i needed to reactivate i received an email for the account: eizen but not for account: kitaeizen . activation says it succeeded for account: eizen however when i try to log in it still says that my information is wrong. by that i mean when i log into the enb client not the net 7 portal page.

Actually, I see your account "kitaeizen" was not activated, but has the same password as the account "eizen". Can you log in now?

No I can still not log into the game both accounts now say they are activated but still does not allow me to log in.

But it allows you to log in with these accounts at net-7.org? Are you getting an error of some kind in EnB, or does Meagan just tell you your login info isn't correct? Make sure you're connecting to 'play.net-7.org' in the launcher.
