Alessan Posted July 24, 2010 Report Share Posted July 24, 2010 When you fix a bug, you should have an area you move the thread to that would be Potentially fixed with patch. People can then post if it is fixed and after it is, then you could close the threat and move it to the fixed thread. Items will start in the fixed threat for tracking. Many times there will be a back and forth about what was done and how it worked out. If a topic is still open, it is either because nobody has examined, it is being examined, or if it was fixed, no follow up was posted.
