I thought i should check if it's still possible to play this game. Played it in the Westwood days and tried my luck a while after here. I tried downloading the various downloads but for each of them i get a warning to make sure i trust the exe. for each.

I don't now how to do that. Could anyone help this simpleton perhaps ?

If this game is still running and i manage to get back in and just enjoy it like i did before without a rush to max i would certainly donate to maintaining it. Provided that can be done without a CC, Paypall perhaps ?

My bad, did some googling and found somewhat helpful clips. I clicked around a bit, deleted downloads on accident, downloaded again. Clicked the finicky delete button and got it working now.

Now i hope i install it correctly. Thank you for your time.

Got it all installed and updated i think.

Only thing left is getting Full Screen.

Followed the Compatibility guide from another discussion, even tried the Compatibility troubleshooter. Alas, no show for full screen. So close, yet so far lol.

Well, with the risk of exploding my old machine i clicked around a bit and it seems i solved it.

Back in the game now, donation made and feeling nostalgic.

Had an issue where i kept getting stuck in the loading screen while docking. Turns our Prototype Preorder wasn't checked in the N7 Launcher. ( info from another topic ) Seems to have done the trick.

So yes, looking forward to enjoying the ride. Should never have left i think.
