[Stuck] Green Initiative: You'd forget your head if it wasn't attached

Hi! I'm not sure what's happening, but my toon: Hurentacab seems to be stuck on this mission.

I'm at step 7/14 which reads "Use the wormhole to travel to Risco moon and scan the GetCo Sleeper ship that crashed there. Return to Ioanna-J with the results".

I've tried about 10 times now, even logged out, left the planet and came back, but no matter what I try, I can't seem to get past this step.
When I get to the GetCo Sleeper ship, the verb icon turns into "Scan". Once I use it my chat says:
^Completed 1 for Green Initiative : You'd forget your head if it wasn't attached ...

If I re-target the GetCo Sleeper ship at this point, the verb icon is gone, so it appears to have registered the scan at least.
But whenever I return (used the wormhole both ways, every single time) to Ioanna-J Deinon, she's just rude "I'm busy with important matters right now. Go away."

I also made sure I have some free inventory space, so that doesn't seem to be the culprit at least.
I checked the wiki to see if it had any pointers, which were: accessing any terminal and/or move some of heads around in the inventory. Unfortunately neither helped.

Any thoughts on what I can do differently to get past this?

Hi,

 

Having looked at your mission log you have 12 (this is the maximum), you need to lose one or more from the mission list in your log.  We have seen this before, our advice to players is only have a maximum of 10 or less or even 6 if your going to be doing 6 Trade Jobs from a terminal. then your mission should complete and update as intended.

 

If this does not help then please create a GM-Ticket and I/We will look deeper.

Removed some missions, down to 7. Tried again, but alas to no avail.

I'll go see where I can create a GM-Ticket.
