  • Ask Imperator Brook about his plans to destroy the Red Dragon presence in Mars Gamma
    • After accepting the mission, talk to Brook again
  • Destroy the Red Dragon Freighter detected by the scan array at (x: 40, y: 70)
    • If you fly to the Waste Station and then to the freighter, it is about 30k to the east.
    • This will get you close to Nav Meeting Point
    • There will be several Red Dragon ships there from CL6 to CL8. Be careful, chances of death are high. Get your best shield on.
    • You need to kill one of the freighters for the mission to continue. It will wreck you with L2 shield, get help or wait until Reactor 3(so you can shield recharge enough) or L3 shields.
  • Return to Arx Bursa and speak to Imperator Brook for your reward.

What's posted above is the wiki walkthrough. The 2/4 step I am stuck on wants me to find the source of the energy spike that was detected. This isn't mentioned in the wiki. I posted it just for clarity. I followed these steps in the hope that it would advance the mission, but it did not.

I also went through the gravity well to the gravity well nav point in hopes that it would advance the mission. That course did not work either. I am at a loss as to what to do here after spending a couple of hours trying to complete this initial hull upgrade. Please advise. I know I am missing something. Thank you.

Not sure but, did you get a message box? Think you need to click the message to advance, been a while.

Hi Aliensword,

Having checked your forum account against your game accounts I see that you have completed Stage  2 of the The Missing Transport 1/4 [Version 6.0.P] what you have not done is detected the source of the of the gravity well (HINT!)

The information on the wiki  that you have posted is for use after you have completed stage 2 and moved to stage 3 "

Report back to Imperator Brook that you have found...."

This is why you are not advancing. Just a pointer pay attention to what your Mission logs tell you and not blindly follow the wiki, the wiki is a good source of information but it could be misleading and out of date if not kept up to date by the player base.

The wiki is not controlled/edited/updated by the EMU staff its player contributed content, although it is hosted by one of the staff to make sure in the event of web issies its still available for players.
