Frustrated - need help

OK so installed it - can get it loaded - open the game - its locked into the top left corner - get the introduction and the screen with Megan.  Thats it - no abilityh to max the screen -no ability to do anything in game.  HOw do i fix it?   anyone?

Hi Grogan,

 

From the Net-7 launcher you can click on the Tool 's option up the top left and select run EnB Config, this will allow you to change the screen resolutions. Make sure you run the test then accept if ok or it will not set the resolution.

Hi Yeti - 

first  - thanks for responding - I tried it. But - nothing happens.  I click tools and it drops down two options - a ghreyed out starship cretor and EnB config. When I click config - the dropdown disappears but nothing happens.  I drilled down into the actual folder and did troiubleshoot on the exe file and it ran it in xp compatibility mode - that at least opened the EnB Config - from there a window opened and it lists my vid card 3 times under Driver ( Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super) ive played with the resoluton slider. Some progress -0 the window is still locked to the upper left, and its much larger - but I cannot make it full screen and i cannot for the life of me figure out how to log in. I put what I think is my game account and password in - but i cannot get in.

 

So I still have the same 2 issues - i cannot maximize the screen or even access the top bar of the winddow  with the  - (square) and X icons to make it bigger - and even stuck like this - i can type but i cannot figure out the login process - i have mademy net7 account and something like 5 different usernames on Net7  bc as i made each - it told me i should see them listed on the left but i dont. the only way i know they exist is if i look at the transfer button.  

 

Im sure this is just operator error but can you help me?

OK Update - after running config approximately 9612 times - i figured out to uncheck the "windowed mode" box - no more locked screen.  I just need help logging in.  Im not REALLY sure what - but i AM sure ive done something wrong...

What happens when you enter game account user/pass into Megan login screen?

 

It either logs you into character creation, tells you that entered information is wrong, or shows you INV300/INV301 error.

Hi Karu - after much trial and error - i am in game.  It wasnt logging me in  -a reboot of my pc and it allowed me in. Im playing and good to go! (expect multiple calls for jumpstarts soon lol)  thanks!
