xvdamionvx Posted December 2, 2017 Report Share Posted December 2, 2017 Just finished new install (windows 10) due to having problems with previously installed anti-virus/fire wall. After following loading instructions, can get to character selection screen, however screen freezes on map screen and task manager reports Main (32 bit) Not Responding. Cipher [DEV] Posted December 3, 2017 Report Share Posted December 3, 2017 Next time this happens, could you get to your system tray somehow (that tray full of icons at the bottom right of your task bar) and hover over the Net7 Proxy icon? This will give us an idea of whether the issue is with Server<->Proxy communication or with the client itself. Edit: If you haven't already, try temporarily disabling any AVs and Firewalls and try again. Perhaps the exceptions were not successful. Thanks!
