What is the buff or is it got from devices etc? "Improved Shield Inversion" is a buff that is present on some items which increases the damage per second that Shield Inversion deals. You can find a list of items that provide this buff by using the Net7 Buff Database (Log in at https://net-7.org then go to Databases -> Database buff-Search).
