This is not the area for this type of issue,  the only think I can suggest is 1) ensure that the Net-7 Launcher and the EnB client are both set to run as administrator,  check your Anti virus and make sure that both the Launcher and the EnB clients are both set to trusted or on an exception list so that it doesn't consider them as hazards,  Check your router settings and ensure the MTU  setting is set correctly if two small you will have data drop outs and this will cause lag and disconnects,  last but not least  check that packet optimization on the Net-7 launcher is checked.
