...I'm uncertain my ticket went through ok as I've never used the ticket system before. Trying to check my ticket status i (of course) forgot the ticket number and havent gotten a confirmation via mail (not sure I'm supposed to). Trying to login but unsuccessful - not sure which credentials to use. Problem: Account Oxymorron, toon Bluepirate. Had a CTD gating to the Nostrand Vor planet. Now the charcter is stuck there as i get a CTD everytime i try to logon that toon. Other toons on the same account are fine and playable. If I could get a boost off the planet that would be great General question so I dont have to post here for tickets in the future: - Do I need to register separately for the ticket system? I tried logging in with both forum and net-7 account credentials unsuccessfully. Or did I mess it up? Thanks in advance and sorry for posting this here (but I'm itching to playthat PP so maybe not that sorry after all) 😄.

I am having a problem with all of my characters on one of my accounts they are all listed as being on earth station but after login in I do not get the standard cut scene of my ship docking and all I see is a black screen with the chat panel and the lower left icons. I can type in chat and my text appears in the chat window approximately 48 seconds after I press enter. The /starbase rest command drops the game back to the desktop. I can not see my ship to even try to exit to see if that would fix the issue. I tried transferring one of the characters to a different account but the problem followed the character. I have attached an in game photo I took to help explain what I am seeing. I have even been inventive trying things like /follow FlipJE on a character that was helping me out but my character never tried to move. FlipJE said they could see my character floating out in the middle of nowhere but no commands on my end made any difference or budged the character at all. I would greatly appreciate the help of a dev in fixing all 4 of my characters that are currently stuck dmadone dmadtwo dmadthree dmadfive Thank you for the help -
Hi All- When using the /unstuck command to get me out of an unresponsive terminal, my client crashes--immediately. No errors, no warning, no nothing: the game just terminates immediately, dumping me back into windows. Apparently, the error is due to the client widtholding a packet from the server (I think?), so unstuck essentially sends a dummy command to the server. If I can't get unstuck to work, has anyone been able to use something like wireshark to replicate unstuck's function? Thanks!
