I get a 404-error from Dropbox trying to download the Net-7 Unified Installer. Are there any alternative mirrors available? Thanks in advance.

Users suggested some sites I tried the following - each gets a different downloaded file by name and different size, None run. All have some kind of error mainly looking for a nonexistent file 'client.exe' - I did run as administrator. Then generates unhandled exception error.
