Well short term memory loss is setting in. Sometimes right after I transfer something I forget what I just did. Sometimes when I go to transfer something, I forget as soon as I load the page what I was about to do. I'll reopen the ticket with the gm. Thanks Zackman

My char had been logged in many times before this so it might be something else. Oh and will I get my items back please.? Thanks

Yea I ran him out to Earth Station and gained a level. But I thought as long as you logged them in they will be ok? So all my storage alts have to get a level?

I have logged him in multiple times in the past just to combine stacks to make room. Just never moved him anywhere. I have him logged in now and no problems.

Hi, I logged into the net-7 terminal at joves to transfer some parts to build a golden tooth. Everything went fine on the site but when i came back to the game the items were not there. After hinking I transfered to the wrong char. I could not find the items anywhere. Then my avatar went missing off the drop-down list on the web portal also. So I logged of the web and back on. My avatar was back on the drop down list but my parts were gone. So the parts I'm missing are: 37 ce3k dielectric plate 2 Blackbox x93 I was able to make what I needed because I still had parts eleswhere but I'd appreciate getting my parts back. It must have been a fluke because I tried other stuff after that and it worked fine. PS. I posted this in an ingame support ticket and got this response: You will need to post this in tech support to get assistance since we cannot track anything through portal transfer. Seems better today. I did a traceroute yesterday and one of the hops was timed out so thats probably the reason for the site not loading for some and working for others.

I have heard of at least 1 instance of an AA in a pop rock. I also have found the same mentioned AA's probably in the same field as the others, right after a server restart, like the others. Something is definitely wrong with this, if you can only find an AA immediately after a server restart. which they failed to mention. (Hoping the server crashes so you can find an AA in the same place over and over is just wrong IMHO) The randomness of the npc you turn them into should also be looked at.

Just put in a ticket in game. Go to the Help tab and choose self help and put in a ticket. The gm's are always willing to help.

No you don't get to fight the warder at the end. Make sure to have the crystal talisman in your cargo when you bring the 'quanta silk'.

Is 'Prototype Reorder' checked in the launcher? If its not checked, check it and try again. This is the most common cause for gate crashes.

I know its been said many times on the forum but not in this post so I'll say it. Make sure you have 'prototype reorder' checked on the net-7 launcher.

There's no need to be online with your char to use the mail system. Just make sure you have room in the cargo hold of your ship to accept the item.

The gate to Smuggler's Run is only accessible if you have Red Dragon faction higher than +2001. You can gain faction by doing missions for Shao Tzu or turning in mahjongg tiles to an NPC in Glorys Orbit, or killing Chavez. Some gates like the one to Sol you can't use because they go to a starter section for another race. The gates emit radiation because the Vrix are up to something I believe. New sectors are opening gradually as in live. Aquitaine is not one of them... yet. We already have new Characters that were not available in live, including the Progen Trader, Jenquai Seeker, and Terran Explorer. The emu is already better than live IMHO. Now if we can get more people to discover it and play we'd be golden.

  Prototype reorder should be checked. The last net-7 launcher update unchecked it by default and alot of people had the same problem.

Lots of people still playing. Its not laggy at all really. Even on big raids with 15 chars in the same area.

I looked at your screens, and 'Prototype reorder' should be checked on the launcher. I don't know what 'Local Cert' means or why you have it checked, but maybe try unchecking that. Also check the dropdown and make sure you have the right IP address in there.
