Im running windows 7 32bit with 2 gigs of ram and a GTX550 Ti Video card.   Everything runs smoothly except for the occasional crash to char selection screen.   I have limited experience with windows 10.

In addition to what Arthur posted above,   If you get stuck talking with an npc use the command  /endtalk   If you get stuck at the job terminal use  /unstuck   And instead of using ctrl/alt/del , try to right click the little icon in the notification area of the taskbar and click 'end client' I know these don't help solve your problem but should save you some time.

Server Down

Well happy new year to you too. Welcome to the EnB emulator. It's better than before.

Trying to log in to the game and the server is saying offline. I dont think its me because when I switch to dev server it says online.

To run in compatability mode, find the file in windows explorer, right click it and click on properties. Then click on the compatability tab. Check the box 'Run in Compatability mode' Then in the dropdown, choose 'Windows Xp (Service Pack 3)   Do this for : e&b.exe  Located in Program Files/ea games/ earth and beyond folder e&bconfig.exe Located in Program Files/ea games/ earth and beyond/ebconfig folder net7proxy.exe Located in Program Files/Net-7/Bin/ folder

You have to run enbconfig.exe and set it to the resolution you want to play in. In order for the settings to stick, you have to run it as an administrator.   When you run the launcher, go to the 'Tools' tab at the top. You'll find it there.

Yea I remember this issue with the multiples of Bio- Extractors in Lagarto. Turns out it was just a server bug and after the next restart it was back to normal.

You might have to update your .net framework. Make sure you are running enb.exe as administrator. Also net-7.exe and enbconfig.exe

Yea I did this mission way back on my JE and was disappointed when the reward was useless to me. I ended up spacing the item after awhile.

The pop rocks are bugged. It has been reported in the bug reporter. You can see them try to spawn but if you blink you miss it.   I've popped many pop rocks since last patch, probably over 100 and only once did a mob spawn and that one was from a clear a resource field mission.     So it's not just you.

And make sure the 'Prototype Reorder' box is checked on the net7 launcher.

While it may not decrease your impulse speed it may affect how fast your ship gets up to impulse speed.

I would have to agree with Stoop and Holyman. Explorers rarely want to give up their special fields they find. If you need a certain ore you can ask in market and usually get an answer where to find it. There is also some basic ore location info on the wiki.

Please post a bug report with your screenshots so the devs can put this on their list.

What they are saying is the emulator is better than live ever was. Having Nessie the way it is now was probably for the greater good. It wasn't just changed on a whim.
