DOH!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you , that was it, SMH, I should have known,

since Friday night (my Time) I have not been able to log into one of my computers it was working great, it was my most stable computer for EnB, When we crashed on Friday night, I waited until the server status app went to green so I could log back in as my character was deep in the Niffleman cloud. all my other characters can log in (separate computers), this computer once i click play on the Net-7 launcher version V2.2.o with client version of 544, I have not changed anything on this computer, but Once I click Play on the Net 7 launcher I get an error window, Net-7 proxy Server Failed to respond to login attempt. Help please

I think the server died,

It appears the downloads pages are not yet working, i just tried them out,

I logged in to the wiki no problem on 5 accounts

You can reset your own Passwords on the Net-7,org page Must be signed in, use the account tag avatar settings selection

to mov game window around hover over he taskbar icon for the game then when the mini window open right click on it and select move then move the game widow to desired place

Go to the directory eagames/e&B/enbconfig, find the enbconfig.exe right click and make it run as administrator and compatability for winxp sp3 the run the enb config, selec and delect the run as windowed as desired the mmove the respoultion slider to to a desired resolution and run the check, (you must run the check to set the resolution if the chosen isnt what you want move it again and run the check again, once down also run the sound test (tab at top of config scree) maker sure you hear the sounds and the music then OK and run the Net-7 Launcher

you can change your own in-game passwords on eh net-7.org page under the account tab (you must sign in the net-7.org page use the account tab, avatar setting selection, verify the account your working with is selected on the avatar settings section if the page then go down to the reset password section and fill out the form,

Server is correct, check your local ip address to make sure it is correct as his can cause those issues also

all of the missing characters are in game they are just hanging inspace until we get the connections fixed and resync'ed. I, Myself lost 12 accounts full of characters and I cant refresh to get them back, i tried it didnt work so for the time being its safe to say leave then alone and play the ones you can get on line

Hold on the missing Avatars and accounts for a few days i am asking the devs a question if they say its good to try i will try it on one of my "missing" toons i have 12 accounts of missing toons. Please be patient do not try recreating any toons on those accounts missing toons if you do you will auto delete the toon if it creates a new one in the same location, when that happens, I am Sorry not recoverable, play on some of your other toons for a few days or so until we get this all worked out, my trying to refresh the accounts and avatars in the GM tools appears to not work please don't write a ticket about this issue for a few days so that i can work something out

BE advised that i am working the tickets in the order that they were received (numerical order) it will take some time to go through each ticket especially those that have many accounts and toons listed. please post a ticket on the GM Ticket System It will be seen by the GMs better than here in the Forums.

i refreshed the three accounts and the toons on all three accounts in an attempted to recover them, go ahead and try them and let me know

Please include names of avatar and the account name the Account name the toon is on so that I can verify both, and to make sure we are on the correct accounts and avatars

can log in with the tools chat tool no problem, how ever when I try logging in through the launcher I am still getting inv-300 error.

I am not exactly sure of the issues slowing them down all I know is what's posted in the server rebuilding thread '

in early February the Server provide had a major Attack (DDOS, ETC) unfortunately we were caught in the back scatter from the attack, the Dev have recover a lot of the data, plus with backups they are currently rebuilding on a new server . they are working on bringing the game back at this time, it is just taking time rebuilding the server, patience is advised,

Stoop That's Why I created this thread, so everyone has a place to discuss outside of EnB games being played during this unfortunate down time

The server provider got attacked which also took us offline, the devs are working diligently to bring a new server online hopefully soon.
