Also know that although the server may be calculation fractions of seconds or partial damage or whatever, it only displays whole numbers.  I believe that in some instances there will be an extra shot calculated that may not be shown, so checking your ammo use would be useful too.

If you have a complaint against GMs, please PM me with specifics.  GMs are for helping with in-game issues, so if you had a problem getting the game started in the first place, that isn't really their job.  You were correct to start a thread in the technical support section, and apparently got the game up and running.   As for the rest of your comments, I have nothing to say to that but express my disappointment over bringing up apparently unrelated opinions.   -ReLocked

Ok, this topic is resolved & Closed. Moving the posts relating to suggestions for Net-7 to the suggestions area.

We won't be deleting links to other sites unless they are spam, dangerous, violate our rules or so on.  This entire sub forum is specifically for players to share with players.  True, it relies on people seeing the topic and going to the site, or at least hearing about it here (or in game) first, but isn't that the point of the forums?  We want a community - one place to go and talk, not fragmented sites for various things that you can only hear about in-game.  Think of this as your home base. :)   Also I edited the title to be more accurate.

Well welcome to the single-toon-at-a-time league :)  I greatly prefer to group with others than solo, but will solo (hi story content!) if nobody is interested.  I will admit it is often, but I think better than ST4. Here's to more grouping, and I'll join anyone whenever I can.

I'd agree with Terrell - Market seems like the right spot, but there is the private channel suggestion Darkk had.  If anything I've heard the complaint we have too many channels.

There is not one currently.  If you wish to donate, I suggest you look at the forum index at the beginning of the month. On the top right it will show current donations and how far to reach the goal.  When it is less than 100%, you'll be able to donate through that module.

Some good ideas for sure!  Reading over this it sparked something I heard a while ago - Dynamic trade routes, along with the addition of more trade cargo above level 4 or so.  Too many doing route A?  It goes down in value, while the other station over there is jacking up its prices to try to get someone to get what it needs.

I'll just pop in here about #4 and bring up one thing:   Sure, if your goal is to build your own at-level items at 200% you would need a higher TL.  But as was mentioned in the casual building thread, why do you NEED a 200% lvl 5 reactor that you built yourself?  If (and this is if) you're playing solo (which it sounds like in this instance) then you necessarily have to lose some ability or advantage.  You CAN still make the engine you want, but at a lesser percent.  If you want that same engine at 200%, I would assume you would either need to: A)buy it from someone else or B- buy ores to make comps (or buy PM comps) to make a higher quality reactor.  However, those require interaction with the community, so it grants a better outcome.  It is about trade off - you want to do it yourself, you'll need to concentrate on your Tl and so on.  If you don't mind, you can have a lower TL and work with others to get what you want.

As far as re-designating a leader, it is best just to disband the group and reform it.

I think that falls under more of the client modifications, so I highly doubt you'll see that unless somewhere far down the line the client is done from scratch.  I think what they are looking for here is more story related content.  Any suggestions there?
