After a reinstall of the client, no change ?

*Something* must have changed server-side... My configuration has worked well over the time I've had te game installed. Ultimate solution is to scrap everything & reinstall, I guess...

And my iSP hasn't changed things on their side since (aeons) I got the VDSL subscription, dozens of years ago - Proximus / Belgacom, the biggest ISP in Belgium

I did a cold reboot of the vdsl modem/router - no change though ?

Can the NAT config change by itself, from one day to the other? I was playing without any issues...

thanks, I did see her in Net-7 / Saturn, but the same issue remains... on game enter confirmation, the app hangs on the star chart image ?

I'm on Windows 11, wired connection on a VDSL subscription BTW, just retried (9:15am)- same issue

I have the issue today (wanted to log on about 2 hours ago, retried several times) There's only 1 avatar, and it is impossible to pass the star chart. Below is my LaunchNet7 app

I'm able to start the launcher and login but once in and a character is selected, it remains on the loading screen (star chart). Seems to be the same issue as earlier?

Thanks for the additional info! A logoff/logon helped with the extreme lag issue, but I will keep your suggestions close to hand

Thanks for clearing that up for me also. I installed VMWare Virtual Workstation to play with a Linux distro day before yesterday. That seems to have screwed with my IP settings in the Net-7 launcher

That one did the trick for me - I had 3 local IPs. For the life of me, I don't know where they came from! Chose the bottom one, logged in without issues!

When I open the Net-7 client, I see 80 online, but when I try to log in, I get an error message indicating connection issues (?) Obviously, my Internet connection is OK, as I can write this message...
