so i installed the new version over the old install. and am using the net7proxy to launch it now instead of the old net7 launcher. having it run as administrator and windows compatibility mode windows service pack3 but ... its giving me this message now: net7proxy: (X) server failed to respond to login attempt.

Do I need to uninstall the old install and reinstall the new version if I upgraded from windows7 to windows8 then and finally to windows10? I was playing the game yesterday, altho everytime I gated I lost connection... which was sorta a hassle... but i dealt with it. Now all i get is a microsoft .Net framework window that tells me that an unhandled exception has occurred in the application and that I should quit the program.
