I never get any options to answer, but one. Tried many time Just doesn't work

Would like to donate but can't figure out how.

as of this evening 4/10/2015 game slows down hard to loot and shoot, can't gate and can't dock.  My camera gating , docking and looting turned off.   Worked fine all day till around 7pm.  Now can't get past first gate.  Works same an all logins and characters.    Windows 8.1, intel haswell I5,  gforce 560, and 15mg ram.   Used win 8.1 trouble shooter and tried starting as administrator. No real luck.   Worked for 2 hours yesterday and quit again. Getting error message:  NET 7 ERROR MESSAGE   (Deleting one or more th6 file.  See the log file  (help\ show error log) for details.) that's the whole message.
