leave it as it is,add the forced tow with a timer. with a reset option for the player. must be there to click it or else he gets towed.have it cycle that way while incapped at whatever interval seems fair. just my thoughts on it.

If it were intentional then it would be breaking the following rule.    13. You may not disrupt the normal  playability of a region, territory, area, or location   yes mistakes happen,accidents happen. GM's will only step in when rules are broken.   closeing this topic now.

Please note that the toons aeronaut are speaking of got caught in a glitch and were kicked accidentaly, wich i appologize for.

AFK macroing was brought to my attn in paramis,so i went to investigate. After 5 minutes of trying to get the groups attn, i froze you all,everything stopped. again i tried to contact 1 of the group, a very active tt, should be someone there right?  again no response.So the tt and all grouped members were kicked and the tt was banned,  second time BTW next time its a long bann. so i think you can see my side of it, i dont normally show screenshots but i want you to know what happened so its understood.   [attachment=2901:afk combat macroing.png]   [attachment=2900:afk combat macroing1.png]

not reponding means just that,not responding,lucky it only takes 20 minutes by that reasoning. go get your windows updates,check to make sure you have the latest version of .net framework installed for a start. sounds like its bottlenecking on your end. startup takes around a minute from shortcut to  char selection.

If you hit a unhandled exception screen just click continue.  Once you have installed the above 2 downloads you will need to run the "Earth & Beyond Configuration" found in your start menu under "EA GAMES/Earth and Beyond".   This will set your Graphics and sound settings.   Now run the Net7 software "LaunchNet7", which should be on your desktop.   Net7 will update your game software to the latest version. The Launcher may restart several times during this process.   Once the update is complete, you will be presented with he Net7 Launcher Screen.     There is a "Online/Offline" indicator under the server name and if this reads "ONLINE" press the play button to start the game.   Make sure the host reads (sunrise.net-7.org) and local ip has your ip number in it.   The first time you run the game you will be asked to install a certificate. Please accept this and let it install.   You need to register on both   http://www.net-7.org/ site, and    https://forum.enb-emulator.com/    to gain access to the game.   After you have registered on  https://forum.enb-emulator.com/ (forum) go to http://www.net-7.org/ (portal) log in using forum account information  and create new game account... and read whats on screen.   At the game log in screen, use your NET-7 Accounts username and password. Do not use your EnB Emulator Forums details.   Once you are in game, look at the  top of screen. options/graphics   uncheck recommended and slide all bars to far right except gamma for best graphics.   Fly safe and have fun.

the database works fine, i just checked with those beams.

always been around as far as i know.

I will first say that Game Masters do not get involved in these type of things unless it gets out of hand and causes some issue to the game. as a unguilded player  playing like the rest of you myself when i have turned my tools off and logged into my play toon i will say that if you get a chance to join a raid that you may otherwise have not been given,Isnt that all that matters. it takes skilled and knowledgeable people to lead these raids to start with to offer that chance,and most raids require a item to trigger it. that in most cases the  players would most likely not have. Did you ever stop to think it may have started off as a guild raid then offered to the public maybe for a extra group that may have not even been needed just so someone else could experience it. Most raid leaders also go over any rules they may have before it begins,along with everyone in the raid rolling on items.   Dont look a gift horse in the mouth is what i say, if you arent sponsering or leading the raid you have no input on a open forum about how you think it should be done or defined as a public raid IMOO.   and no definition of a public raid will ever be set down by staff unless The Earth and Beyond staff happened to be sponser.

The arena is  a hard codeing issue, So chances of seeing it are very low right now. Just wanted to let you know so you dont get your hopes up.

to those wondering,in game you can use the /changepassword command to change the password for a account game side.

when i add the missions in i set them for your race, if the missions worked correctly they would send you to where you spoke to santa the first time.i did alot of your avatars with the missions, like CpwingsPT ,that is probably why.
