Ok, I did the new WH mission this morning, here's a couple thoughts   1-wayyyyyyyyyyyy  to many mission steps and not get at least some explore XP out of it 2- is it really to much to ask that at least basic mission info is included in the mission description in our log, as it was with help it took over two hours to do the mission, I can live with that, but without the forum post I would have spent a lot more time having to manually write down notes to know where to go next, I mean seriously guys, this is a game, not a job.   other than that, the addition of the 3 new WHs is an out standing idea, and for the most part the mission was fun, on a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being the best id give it an 8.5.   the lack of explore xp and sparse info in the mission log prevents me from giving it a 10,     Da furball

I looked all through trying to find a spot for this without creating a new topic, but as you see.  So on ward and upward.   I noticed this morning that the science exhibit in glen had a couple empty cages, so I thought it might be kinda fun if maybe a couple terrans, jennies or progies (u choose) where locked up there in the exhibit by the glenn commission or infiniti corps (lady dewinters perhaps?).  The text for them could read something like 'found guilty of hunting nommos off season with out  a permit'.   Just something I thought would be kinda amusing to our E&B population   Fox

If your camping a spawn as a guild for long periods and your attitude is the other player cant have it cause they arnt in your guild, then your an AH, pure and simple and deserve to be kicked in the teeth. There is absoulty no justification to grief others and prevent them from obtaining in game items because the guild your in is "bigger and better". It is childish, arrogant and makes your whole guild look like a bunch of jerks and I most certainly wouldnt have any respect for you or yours. And if your guild leader is condoning it, then i would have even less respect for them. I have been GL for WPX for ten years now in multiple games and I can tell you neither myself, or my guild members would condone such asinine behaviour.

So if i understand you correctly, your confirming that solo mining is being nerfed to make it as difficult as possible for a miner to not only get combat, but EL and TL as well, in short solo mining is toast and we group wheather we want to or not,,,so a simple yes or no to my earlier question would had probably been more effective that al the reahtoric. Well,, that clears a lot up

Ok, at the risk of getting busted in the chops here, I gotta ask. Just how exactly will this work for solo miners, in as much as most mining types have a higher mining capability than they do a combat ability, and that almost every field is guarded by MOB's that would typically reqire a miner to be grouped in order to mine them before the timer resets, it looks to me like the solo miner is a thing of the past. I have only found a small hand full of fields that arnt guarded, now this may not be a major issue for a PS, the poor JE is and will be shafted out of the bonus if the field respawns before its cleared. When you figure that any mining is interupted when attacked, and the time spent for the player to fight off the attacking mob(s) it almost looks to me like all solo mining is pretty much toast. Or have I missed something? Are you guys doing away with solo mining completly, forcing everyone to group weather they want to or not? Hopefully I made my point here without being to inflamitory, let the jaw busting begin Fox

well i agree with what most have said here except for a couple things, I did the grind in Live for BBW and that was well and good. But to be truthfully honest, BBW has nothing im interested in grinding for faction for again. I used to enjoy mining there with my JE, but since i cant even mine solo in the game any more that now is gone too. The thing about live i enjoyed was the ability to group or not group depending on my mood, but u guys have it now where its either group or group, so im content with just running term missions with my little ps and using my JE to taxi em around. The leveling speed seems to be ok, not really a lot in paramis I go for, but it is an interesting sector. I get most of my fun in the game with my Fluffly the battle kitten lines, and of course being tossed the occasional chicken.

I only play a few hours a week, nothing like i did in live. Even though its nice to have E&B back, i just cant get into the game when some devs think that its OK to have a mob 1 shot a fully equipped toon from 20 K away, so Im just kinda playing the game more as a break from STO.

Nope, wouldnt be interested, when this started it was with the impresion that it would be like it was in live, but over the last few months it was clearly stated by a couple developers that this is not the course it is taking.
