I believe you have to do the mission involved with killing maelstrom hounds before the beam mission(s) are unlocked. 

So I tried the Search for the Ancients mission this evening and the first step after first getting it from Ome says to scan the massive crystals on Dahin. I did so and then it didn't update. Is there something I am missing or is just not working at the moment?

I think the server is offline again. Just tried to log in and I get an error saying that it cannot check the server status and when I click play, I get an error message.

So I've tried multiple times to do this mission and I reach the meeting point and find the informant but he has no talk function, has this been fixed in some capacity or the skill just flat out unattainable? If so, how am I going to be able to remove it from my mission log. Thanks

Just happened to me as well...

Though I just posted this a little earlier this evening on the forum, this same exact thing happened to my avatar between Venus and ABB so I am sure the sector also got blackholed as well.

At least its good to know that it's not just me, that is a relief at least.

Hello there, So I was flying through Venus and I wanted to use the gate to Asteroid Belt Beta and the moment I 'gated,' all I got was a still map with nothing saying "Leaving Venus (SOL)," and "Entering ABB" etc. Everytime I try to load my avatar, it does the same thing -- essentially its stuck between the two sectors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello there, I am sure this isn't the worst problem but I just installed the emulator, following everything correctly and then got into the game. Now I got out of the game and I am trying to relaunch. In the launcher, it says the server is offline, even though the message in the scroll box says its live but the error message I receive says server failed to respond to login attempt. Would it be fair to say that the server is in fact offline, or would this be an issue that needs to be fixed. Thanks!
