Same problem here on both Win7 and WIn XP boxes as far as stuck on laoding map after char selectoin.

NPC is Sander Pauls Step 5/11 Mission advanced on gating into Xipe Totec, no need to go to Prasad station  Step 6/11  Mission advanced after gating into Jupiter step 7/11 Mission advanced after gating into Proxima Centauri step 8/11 Mission advanced after gating into Margesi

Ok I made an attempt at the mission.  Comments as OP, had to forfeit to reread text.    Location is very much wrong - not 3 km west  for sure - nothing there after 30 min.   I went out much further west to the mining station and found and hacked/ killed several belter Drudges. Mission did not advance.   However what spawned is a CL 10 belter drone with insta recharge shields.   Hacked it and mission did not advance.  No blter laborer detected after half an hour of trying this area.   No other players in area as per net 7 map web page.

The font in the widnow that comes up when I want to send a text message in gme using return is extrmely small and as far as I can tell it cant be resized like the other two windows.  Have ti use same font size as one of the other two windows if it cant have its own control.

I thought this was the GM suipport ticket, the in game one is not usable - white text in white text box. I was told to post here. Toon name Headlune is the same as account name - Headlune

Char name is Headlune. MIssion stuck on step 2 of 19. After sequenceing thru the dialog it recycles back to start. Neve advances to step 3. Tried trading the 10 lasers to anther char and back and also tried the inpector anyway but no luck. This has been problem since NOv. and was waiting for patch, however, saw another character do mission yesterday and was advisws by Stanag ? to put ticket in here .

At least it was not in the middle fo a battle....

Got download with error, have screen cap but cannot uplaod file using either uploadert - hit continue then it 'finished' but hitting play crashes game.

I'm on step 4 of the mission "kill the lone mactor'. Its supposed to be at mactor combat bravo. I dont see a mactor labeled 'lone mactor' nor one by itself (alone so to speak). There are several flavors of mactor, just what am I supposed to kill to progress the mission ?

The printed JE guides indicate there is a mission(s) involving the Maelstorm and Ravenloack but I have not been able to gtrigger it - now up to level 21 - does this exist anymore ?

Thanks. My hull says 70. Level 10 seems not to apply. The dialogue ends "and remember that you ought to procedd to Yeager shipyard in luna sector as soon as you are able they will upgrade your ship for ya ..... 10,000 credits." "Congradulations to ya LtCdr" The clear implication is you are (1) promoted (but you are not) and (2) you need to go get the hull upgrade (but you cant). It should say somthing to the effect that Once you have compleled the mission you go to Yeager shipyard blah blah blah.

So the choices are either Immediate promotion / up grade but skip mission or defer promotion / upgrade until after mission. I wanted to get the hull upgrade before doing the mission but wasnt clear that was not possible.

I didnt see any recnet discsussion on this one so ... Mission is Terran Promotion notificaton 2 v2.0 2-audio+bonus mission Is this mission optional ? the printed guides seem to imply it is but after I talk to the Executive and try to go to Yeager shipyard to get hull upgrade I cant and also notice my rank is still 'Lieutenant'. SO I cant upgrade the ship (I had the 10K credits so that was not the issue) and Im not promoted. Ideas ?

It appears the ingame support ticket is bugged. I can get to the screen but what I type in the text box cant be seen while im in the window so Im typing 'blind'. the requried drop down selection for type of problem is blacked out and Im unable to choose a valid option and thus ticket cant be completed.

Sequenced thru all the parts of the tempest, also forfeited mission and restarted no change. Also went out and got killed and no XP penalty. So im not 'advanced' to the next step. Cant think of anything else to try....

There is a psionic receiver right under it that I can get 0 km away from and target/untarget with nothing much happening. IT does not appear when I cycle thru avaialble targets. It also doesnt seem to care if Im cloaked or not..... I have the guide plus I've looked at the one posted elsewhere, not much help.

I can not get the mission to go past step 1. I go to the Tempest and it senses me but when I click 'more' there is not more. I am not upgraded, only two device slots. I still have the badge. However, I am level 11, when I finished the pilgrammmge I got a series of XP boosts that took me to 11, past 10. Is it bugged ? Dop I have to start over again ?

Worked for me (WIN 7 64) but I do not have these files in my install: C:\Program Files/(x86 if 64bit)\EA Games\Earth & Beyond\Character and Starship Creator\Character and Starship Creator.exe C:\Program Files\EA Games\Earth & Beyond ColorChange.exe e&b.exe gpatch.exe patch.exe Also I cant get the mouse to leave the window, alt-tab permamantly minimizes the game to the task bar and it cannot be restored.

Ok, disregarding the fileplanet key diverion, after I run first two it seems that Net-7_Install.exe reinstalls enb-up.exe. It creates one desktop short cut to [url="http://www.earthandbeyond.com/"]http://www.earthandbeyond.com/[/url] which is not there, and a second to "C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Earth & Beyond\e&b.exe which when I run it get me to a cant find patch message. See screenie. where do I run the game from ? KEvin
