  1. Count me in also. Unable to stay connected for more than a few minutes. So far, all tested toons affected. Asus G75VW laptop running Win10 Home 64 bit Core i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.4GHz with 12 gig RAM 1. Is this happening when changing sector or also while sitting still in a sector (test this if nessecary plz) Seems to happen after a few minutes, regardless of what I may be doing. standing still in station, debarking and standing in space. 2. Is the first login sequence working normally? Yes, although occasionally, the Connecting to Server box displays for longer than usual 3. If this happens, is there any kind of message? 4. What is the proxy's state (hover the icon of net-7 proxy in the tray) when this happens? Shows Fully logged in, until I try to leave station, then switches to Awaiting Master handoff 5. When you restart the launcher/client, is everything ok again? For another few minutes 6. What access-provider are you using and what line? Charter cable. Belkin AC1900 router, firmware updated. dmp file created once client went unresponsive, but still showed Fully Logged in: https://www.dropbox.com/s/kxmpnq0dwubtogi/client.DMP?dl=0 dmp file created after attempting to leave station, once proxy returned Awaiting Master handoff: https://www.dropbox.com/s/iwepe8qanczeqdn/client (2).DMP?dl=0 Currently performing a fresh install on my wife's desktop to test. Will update this post when that finishes. Update: same behavior on her machine, which is custom built, running Win10 Home. I can post the specs if required, but it doesn't sound like a machine issue. Update: attached packet capture data.capture.pcapng OK issue apparently solved now. When I got home from work my daughter told me that she couldn't stay connected to WoW. Our HULU and other streaming stuff was fine though. Changed the IPv6 setting on my router to a 6to4 tunnel, and everything seems kosher now.
  2. Hi! An old guildie of mine is trying to create an account. He initially got the Internal Server Error 500 or whatever it was that was discussed in a different post. You guys fixed that up, but when he created his account, it never went to the confirmation stage. He has received no confirmation e-mail. He was able to click the resend verification link from his forum account, but still has gotten the email. He says that he has checked his spam folder.   He can log into the forum, but was unable to start new topics or reply to post to yap about his troubles personally.   He cannot log into the portal. When attempting to do so, he gets a message saying that he must use forum credentials to log in.   Account name: Venkarel email: strahd_von_zarovich@gmx.com   Thank you for your time and hard work! 3. Hi. First off, thanks for resurrecting this game! Next, I have an issue with the net-7 installer. I have 2 machines, identical except for video cards, 64 bit Vista, running as admin, UAC disabled, set to xp compatability mode, ebconfig run after install. when I install the net-7 installer, I get the following: Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore thiserror and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will terminate immediately. The application must also be compiled with debugging enabled. Clicking Continue will allow the install to proceed, and sometimes the game will work fine for a day or 2, sometimes not at all (I have reinstalled 6 times now). When it works, I get a message EVERY time that I log off the game that Net-7 Proxy has stopped working. Sooner or later, when I attempt to login, the client just starts shutting down after I have input username/password and hit accept. Rather than getting the handprint animation and character selection screen, the window just closes. Once this happens, I have to uninstall/reinstall, sometimes multiple times to get it working again. Following some advice I have found in other posts, I have tried deleting the TH6 files from the EandB/data/mixfiles, I have tried deleting the files in the user/appdata, i have tried forcing an update, I have opened TCP443 and UDP 5500-6000, all to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. TIA
