I can't seem to get any of the files in the download section of the net-7 portal to download. I will click on a file. It then lists an accept terms box, which I check, and then when I click on the download button, my browser blocks it. When I tell my browser to download the file, the screen blinks, and reloads to the net-7 page again. No download. I am running WinXP as administrator, so shouldn't have troubles downloading stuff.
I am also running IE as my browser, and don't have any troubles downloading files that are "blocked" by the browser at other sites, when I then tell it to accept the download.
Another strange happening, which might be related, is when I recently created my account, I tried to validate my account by clicking on the link in the email. A small box with a couple key icons on it pops up, and asks for user/password. I tried my user name and password, but it kicks out and says I am denied access.
The really strange bit is I can log into the forums (and am logged in right now). I also did the mail address sync thingie on the net-7 page.
At one point in time in the past, I did have a Net-7 account, and the Net-7 launcher and the EnB client on this harddrive (and played the EnB emulator game), but all the files were trashed without an uninstall (don't ask..long story). Perhaps there is some registry stuff that needs to be cleared out before I can download?
