I went to Nav Promethicus 3, in Tarsis, to kill the Shang Lo Initiate Red Dragons. But there are no enemies in sight. Did they move? How do I complete this mission. Lancearate Fortunatis is in charge of this mission. She also gives me other skills, but i can't get them without completing this mission first. Can someone tell me who to talk to about this or how to complete the mission?[/font][/color]

I don't even know where i screwed up. I created an account on here to get in the forums. Then I followed the download instructions. I tried to verify the link in my email and it is not workinging. I can't find where to create an acct for the game? I have been waiting 8 yrs to find this game again.
