Doing the new explore mining jobs when clearing a field i have got the field bonus with pop rock in the field. Not sure if this is the same with other fields.

From what I have seen you can only take 1 of the new mining explore job's per destination. If ya want to do more than 1 of them in a system you will haft to take them to different Navpoints.
