Thank you for response. I guess this is not what is stopping the log in, after update i hit play and the launcher minimizes and then nothing... ok back to the drawing board ;)

i was playing one day and the next day i tried to log in i keep getting wrong version error. i have tried all the suggestions in the FAQ area to no avail, i have completely uninstalled the whole program both EA and Net 7 and re downloaded and installed them 3 times and still i get to where i hit play and it crashes back to my desktop... any help would be greatly welcome, thankyou , ok got it fixed went back through FAQ list and found that my drop down list was still growing , i followed the vista instructions to fix and it worked this time.
