well i guess it was a good thing that i only had one toon at lvl 30 but if it all got reset then why are my standings still the same ie -8000 with red dragon

i was unable to play for about a year or so but wheni logged in to my toon it was there but the lvl wes reset back to 0. i dunno if this is auto dunno for being inactive for so long or a bug but i would really like to have my toon where it was if possible.
