Thank you for your response. I finnaly got the game to work, by following all of the FAQ fixes for crashes including deleting "th6"files, re-instaling game and resetting updates in Net7-launcher window upper left. Thanks for all the info available on this topic.

Been playing for 8 months no problems. got new monitor 3 days ago have not been able to get past login. Game crashes to desktop eveytime right after login. Vista 32bit I have run the config utility many times as admin but no use. Please help Your Humble Gamer?

which user name and password do I use, I thought I was using the right one. it keeps saying cannot validate username or login information. help is much appreciated.
