Yes it can be very frustrating with the failure rate of these devices being way out of control they never failed like this in Live. i have found the only way around this is to dual box a Jen with higher lvl debuff devices. They still fail way to often but you have twice the odds anyways . I do like to group up an play but its not very easy with a low population game so you improvise . Plus like you said the mobs resistance to all ammo types is also way out of wack . a failed device should also use no energy it failed . Te's are still a lot of fun to play but just can't solo anything like you could in Live really. I know its a Mpg But other than raiding about 80% of my play time was solo farming an killing time between raids.
  2. I have it maxed on my Te Only because i have way to many extra Sp , its a huge waste of sp otherwise , i call it poke its far from an enrage , the healer aggro is so messed up in this game an has been a very long time
  3. Indeed the game is more active than the forums. the forums have never been very lively,, Welcome back to E&B the community is very helpful here so many things get answered in game so little chatter here ..
  4. The 12 you need just fly around the HQ they are lvl 52 an low spawn rate ,, NOTE >> do not log out until you have killed all 12 because it will reset the count if you do so a Crash to desk top redo ,,. Hope this helps 
  5. i think the little patch fixed what ever it was i was able to log in with no issue's
  6. Launcher says offline 1 min online the next an when i try to log in i get failed to connect to global server. reset comps , modem, router nothing has helped . Is anyone else having these issues as well , i normally have no issue's connecting at all ..

As a member of 1 of the big 3 we do the best we can with what we have is the rotation perfect no far from it .But its better than the chaos that would surely ensue if it was all ffa we have been their an done that . So we have people that might want to kill a trigger out of frustration or rage what ever the case maybe.  Maybe we need to ask the dev's make these raid triggers a raid mob that will take more than a group to kill so someone just flying a long wont have any doubt what that mob is for or will get owned for their asinine  actions
  8. The core has a chance to drop from Controller with or with out the mission only 1 core will drop either way. So you could be lucky win core an then take said mission an turn in core so that the mission isn't clogging  up your log . As to the lvl you can take mission i have no idea sorry .
  9. I only voted it up for the idea of pvp on a different server because sure dont want open pvp here would be a gang fest an drive many more players away than it would draw in
  10. make sure you have the box for proto type reorder checked have had a same issue as this when it wasnt checked   edit: thats on the launcher  by the server info box
  11. the only shields that show a heart graphic are the ones ya get during the valentines event

  13. i am having same issue an it all started last week/weekend it was after a random patch. Cant tell what the patch was cause it was a mystery patch nothing was listed in the patch log. After some forums searching was a post about changing some stuff in network setting as i have no choice but to play on wireless my only option was to uncheck prototype reorder Not only did it not help at all it cause major lag an rubber banding . The only way i have found around the constant gate crashing is to disband group gate my 3 toon's an reform group pita you bet ya but much faster than relogging at Every gate . Now mind you have played this on wireless for about 3 years an have had none of these gate crashing issues . I am no expert but i don't think this gate issue has anything to do with the ISP .

  16. I cant comment on gating issues last night , All though i can say we was doing a gate raid from around 12 to maybe 130 ish an i noticed little to no lag during that time . Unlike what  we have been seeing during this time of the night
  17. What about a (#) inside the turbo buff icon that lets you see the number of turbo buffs you have , Not like the icon has any tool tip info .   That many turbo icons will other buff icon disappear or not buff at all that box is only so big  ?

The way the healing aggro works Atm from what i have been seeing a heal is like a taunt in the fact that 1 heal produces all the hate the dps has built up an adds to it . like it is now 1 heal means the healer can do nothing but spam heal them self therefor non stop threat building . Might i ask that the resist chance % of enraged be looked at with it failing more often than working makes it tough to even count on it as a violable option for threat at least an the lower end i think im at lvl 3 an it's resisted a lot .Maybe remove the resist chance all together an put like a 10sec CD on it so it cant just be spammed just a thought .
