Actually I entered Zweihander from Witberg side... now 2 of my toons are stuck gating... forever??

Anyone?

For several houres I try to gate from Luna to Zweihander. I emptied my Quests, relogged, rebooted... nothing helped. Is there a tech problem?   Missix

[/quote] Hi all, after the installation advice above I managed to to run the game on my Laptop (XP). Now I tried to install the game on my desktop (XP professional) fully upgraded to the newest. When I try to launch the client setup I´m asked for the Fileplanet product key. The link will direct me but cant find the page. The last popup say " Error, could not execute the external programm http://www.fileplanet.com/betas/eandb.aspx" with the click on "ok" all closes but nothing more happens. I read already that the filekey is not used anymore, but how do I sneak by it? TtT

I also have this problem but only with 1 of my 2 caracters ??!! I Tried to land at Luna Station and since then it keeps dropping. The other caracter at Loki station is working fine. Any advice? I tried to send a screenshot of the Net 7 Launcher but I dont even know how to do a sceenshot :-/ sry. Looks similar then in threat https://forum.enb-emulator.com/index.php?/topic/4582-client-closing-on-login/. But why only on one caracter?
