Edit: to Drzaus - some people had no problems... but it sounds so far like more people had errors than not. also tried to force the update to no avail - am running xp/latest service pack

Exact same thing happened to me - twice, and i cant get back in now. i am running Win XP (latest service pack) btw. some days it runs smooth as glass for as long as i play..... other days are like today. balance in the universe i guess:) EDIT: back in again... seems to be back on track.
