It happened just the instant that I dropped in a new engine... hope its not my fault

A few problems over the weekend. First, spaceflight. Sometimes when flying warping near gas clouds, the ship would turn weirdly, bounce around, and I would end up 5k or so from my target (usually above or below it) Second, frequently the prospect button would remain disabled even after I approached. Clicking off the object and clicking again usually fixed it. Combat: the second shot on my weapons took unreasonably long. Generally only the second shot and the last shot had these problems. Some corpses had invisible loot. I could enter warp in the expected amount of time. Cooldown afterward took several seconds longer than it was supposed to. Fortunately I wasn't doing anything dangerous. Refining ores took a silly amount of time sometimes. The source item would disappear, I'd hear all the sounds, get the XP, and then... 10 seconds later the refined item would appear. Tractor Beam to Infinity And Beyond: While mining, every once in a while, the tractor beam would not go from the resource site to my ship, but instead from some point out at infinite distance. These weird beams would continue forever, even if I warped away. They animated and made noises just like normal, but there was no resource at the end, and they went out forever.
