Eta on server being back up, Kyp?

it has been my experience that guilds in EnB are a give & take. Mostly giving. We have gone out of our way to help people out; by help with missions, gear, etc. & the gaming community as well, overall. If you ask for help in new player chat, or market chat, someone will willingly step up & help. I dont see why you couldnt find a guild on the server to help you achieve what you want to. I've been around these peeps for too many years to not know how they are. They are a helpful, freindly bunch; & will forgive some infallibilties on your part; but not ALL. Apparently, Galikga, you have an attitude of 'its for me, & just for me. screw everyone else'. Otherwise, I'm sure you would have found a guild here that was suited to you. There are too many great guilds out there, that hold true to the Enb we all know & love. Peeps helping peeps without personal gain.

It may or may not be linked to the server lag problem, but is worth noting: at approx 12PM Est til about 1 Am est, (when most of the lag issues occur) The website, Net-7.org also goes offline,

Thank you Kyp for letting us know whats going on, & sharing what info you have with us. We have confidence the dev team will overcome this problem, as you all have all the previous problems & hiccups that have occured. Get some rest, you deserve it.

So..... is there any info about when the patch/wipe will be finished? Any eta on server start?

Guys, gals, undecides, & others We are a small community here in Earth & Beyond emulator. I realize that we all come from different countries/time zones/backgrounds/all walks of life. We all have our interests outside of Enb. I dont mean at all to condemn or berate anyone by what I'm about to say. So please domt take it as a personal affront. But it seems to me we use new player & market chat to talk about everything EXCEPT market biz & helping new players. general rule of thumb. If the conversation lasts over 5 mins, move it out of channel. To OOC, General, Private, whereever. Sometimes we dont have the same interests you do, so be respectful to us. Take it to another channel. I fully respect your right to speak as you will, I cannot/will not say you aremt entitled to your own opinion about anything. Just leave the rest of us out of it; espcialy in an open channel like New player or Market. ty for your time Peak

Guys, (& gals & undecideds) Beta will be rolled out when the dev team feels its ready for rollout. Not 1 min before. I have faith in the dev's/gms to do what they think is best for the game community & the game overall. Lets face it; Rome wasnt built in one day; no one has been born with the abiltiy to wiggle their nose & make things perfect. These things take time. Thats just my personal thoughts; take em as you will.

Ty Lot, showing Composita the L7 Impact Flechette ammo with PeakahtooPP did the trick, he opened up the talk trees for the substrates. Scuti, on the other hand, still seems to be bugged for all 3 of my chars; still closing dialogue at the same point

I well over 8k collegia; & no, havent tried showing Scuti the ammo, yet, will try it, tho. On a side note, Peakahtoops has completed all 3 stages for shield & devices; have the builds for tactical advantage, all 3, & all 3 skirmish shields. When Ps talks to Scuti, Scuti hangs up at exactly the same place "[i]Well, you have successfully completed Stage I & Stage II of Agrippa Technology Shield research. Ty Pree for the idea, have talked to all of them with a basic token, advanced token, & a symbol of loyalty in hold. Still nothing

Peakahtoopp has completed Stage III reactors(at least thats what Vegeto tells me). Scuti tells me I've completed Stage II shields, but when I go thru the talk tree for stage III; she tells me "[i]Well, you have successfully completed Stage I & Stage II of Agrippa Technology Shield research. Lets have a look to see what is missing[/i]" <more> When I click on <more> Scuti closes the dialogue; it exits out. When I try to talk to Scuti again about it, it gets to exactly the same point & dialogue closes. How can I advance to stage III shield research if she wont talk to me after that? Ok, next issue: I have been through Stage I & II components far enough to get Stage II encryptions, but have talked to everyone in NV & no where in any talk tree do they give me any info or missions for the substrates that are used in flechette ammo. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Glitch, the server has been offline most of the day, the dev's/gm's are doing what they can to get it back up & running. If you go here: [url="http://Net-7.org"]http://Net-7.org[/url] there is a status icon on the top right to let us know the status of the server. & welcome to Enb, (at least when they get the gerbils woke up, lol)

Hey guys, I know you're busy workin on things, but is there any way you can give us an update on whats going on & a possible eta on when you'll get the gerbils woke up? Its been hours with no info at all, Ty, & keep up the good work

Wb Lann, good to see ya I agree, it would be great to see who has the most recipes, & who has built the most stuff. I'd prob be way down on the list, but would be cool to see how I compare to the uber builders

how about we take up donations to buy a new set of gerbils to power the server? Seems this batch leaves a lil to be desired, lol

So is there a way to delete a game account? Now that there is a way to transfer characters from one account to another, so I can consolidate characters on accounts I use, and delete the accounts I dont use.

This happens to me quite frequently; usually if I've logged out accts & logged in other accts frequently to change characters. The only workaround I know of that works reliably is to (uggh) uninstall the Net-7 launcher completely & re-install (without patching the game client itself). Yes, it takes a few mins to patch, but gets me back in the game. Thats the only way I've been able to do it. Some have reccommended changing to another acct, but that doesnt work for me. That account ctd's as well. Only uninstall/reinstall works for me. I hope we can find another fix
