Not for me there wasn't. I stopped playing because I was tired of watching triggers just sit there floating around and not being able to raid unless I was prepared to sit up until 1am. How can a game seriously hope to maintain player's from the UK & surrounding timezones. Yes plenty start playing but after a while they all stop for that very reason. Is the rotation needed? Def not or it would exist in other online game's and it doesn't, they all cope just fine go figure. It never existed in live and when all is said and done, here we all are trying to enjoy a game that was taken offline years ago, so we weren't deterred by the camping etc. Bottom line is everything posted on this topic is a mute point as nothing will ever change right up to the point they turn the lights off. This game in my experience has the best in game player base I have come across ( nothing was too much trouble when it came to help etc) but by far the worst system in game. Wall meet head and start banging when ready lol.

I have not raided in months due to the late hour they take place, it's nobody's fault it's a numbers game and the public slot is more populated late at night. it's frustrating when I see over 100 players online at login and a raid trigger sitting there because we can't get enough players to do it because those online at the time are mostly made up off the diff guilds and it's not their trigger and I know I am not alone in feeling this way.

I do 100% and you won't hear me complain. This is the only and I mean only game I have encountered that has such an issue with raids. You can choose to either play the game and enjoy all the aspects of it as intended (being adult about it) or you can camp and keep shooting the trigger so nobody else can get it but eventually you would have collected all the loot it has to offer and get bored. (being a spoilt child) Either way there is nothing in any of the raids that make or break this game and you can still kill everything even if you just used vendor equipment, it just takes a little longer. That is what makes this game so great and above all the other morphs that requires real cash to be parted in order to improve yr toon, that seems to be the way these days. Don't take it personally and I have no issue at all with VGE or any of the guilds in game this is just my opinion on the rotation issue.

What official rules were broken here? As long as they are capable of taking down the trigger/raid successfully then they are entitled to shoot it.

Hi, I switched the forums over to the new dark theme and I love it but I have noticed a small problem with using it. If you try using the search function on the top right, you can not see your text in the little box, perhaps this can be switched to a white background on that feature? Not a complaint just and observation and suggestion, I can make do with it as it is. Regards Pestilennce.

I just spent 2 days trying to gather interest for help with a raid, as I like to battle with others and enjoy the camaraderie it brings with it but nobody was interested, in the end I just multiboxed it with a couple of guildies. This is exactly why people end up making a stack of alts. I guess just standing in OMP or F7 chatting is way more interesting these days.

Hi all, Would it be possible to do these more often and at a regular time slot? I understand this is Blacklungs playground and he is a busy man and cannot commit his own time to a regular slot himself but could it be possible for other people to be able to open the gate and trigger the raids? The reason I ask is because with the current rotation as it stands two of the raids in the game are pretty much impossible for people to attend outside of the USA timezone, the DT and RD base raids are long raids and by the time people organise, do the raid and lotto the loot it's usually about 3 hours that has flown by lol. Due to the amount of players in the game that are in the USA time zone those raids are usually done around midnight my time zone or 1am when they are home from work teatime their time, leaving the possibility for the rest of us to attend and raid pretty much zero because many of us have to get up for work etc 3 hours or so later after the raid is due to finish, personally I have not been able to do the RD base for over 9 months or more now and have done a DT raid once in 6 months. This is NOT a complaint as I know nothing can be done about when those raids are started because it's simply down to when there are enough eligible online at the time but at least with the PRS raids everyone regardless of guild tag can join making it a lot easier to find the 12 or more people needed and will mean more chances of obtaining the gear from those raids for the rest of us who cannot stay up so late/early depends on the time, this is merely a suggestion of something to perhaps that can be considered. As a Progen I loved the /craft feature for my ammo building and will miss it :(, it always worked as it should for me personally but then again I never went looking for bugs or exploits with it. I hope it will get any kinks ironed out and placed back in the game but if not oh well thanks for at least trying to help out the player base and a shame a few have inconvenienced the many long term, for a short term personal gain. I can see where you are coming from Gunney about the poll but IMOP I don't think it will end any discussions. I hope this topic keeps being discussed either in this thread or new threads to come and any ongoing arrangements constantly reviewed in case somebody has a better idea to improve it. You asked Then why do these 3 guilds have raids reserved for themselves to do at their leisure? ( I guess at the time of the agreement they were the top 3 guilds) Is it their size? ( perhaps then but what about now? ) Their Right? ( Def not and I never signed up to or agreed upon them having this slot unchallenged for the entire life of the game ) Or their inability to play well with others? ( No idea ask them ) I am still not calling them the big 3 Everything changes and evolves be it the game, player numbers and guilds therefore so should any arrangements etc this rotation has been the same for 3 years and  I think it's about time it was looked at again, there have been some great suggestions put forward lets give each one some consideration before we go down the old pair of comfy slippers routine and stagnate. I have pretty much said everything I have wanted to say now on my thoughts without the risk of going in circles and losing track of the topic so I will shut up lol and let others voice their thoughts and see where the thread takes everybody. Just a couple more things just to clarify to everyone, I have nothing at all against any of the three guilds that have a slot at the moment I have had plenty of help from players from all those guilds, I just think things have changed a lot since the rotation was started and it's time for it to be looked at to see if there is another possibly better answer now. My suggestion  is make the raids closer to live and require a lot more groups to complete them hence getting rid of the need for any rotation as no one guild will have enough people to do them and all guilds will have the chance to attend. Wow the comment to Cimbad was a bit harsh just because he was happy to produce a poll for everyone, overstepping the mark how? I have not read any post where he states anything will become law in fact he has just tried to find middle ground to see what suggestions can be put out here for ALL the players to vote upon including Static players, Builders inc players and Von corp empire players ( I am not going to keep calling you all the big three because that gives the impression of a position of control and you don't have that. No guild is more important than another). Why are some of you scared to have a poll? I don't understand why you can't simply just place your vote to the keep it as it is option if that's how you feel and if the majority of players feel that way then I am more than happy to toe the line and follow the majority opinion. As it's been already pointed out the rotation is just a gentleman's agreement between us all and the fact everybody including the above mentioned 3 guilds have kept to it, is a good thing and shows we can be grown up about it without resorting to tit for tat and making players feel bad just because they have an opinion that differs from another. So let's put our suggestions if you have them on here, place the popular ones in a poll and EVERYBODY place a vote in the option they feel is best for them and live with whatever the outcome is whether it was the one we personally chose or not. Let's not also not forget the word trial that was placed SHOULD there be a need to alter the agreement, last time I checked that meant a temporary change to see how it ran, is there anything wrong with that? So let's just keep things civil and adult and see what prevails.

I am more than happy to give a few ideas a trial run and then see which one will work the best for everyone. If nothing else it will bring on some very interesting times ahead :D

Since reading Gunneys post about the big 3 perhaps no longer being the big three these days I have made a point of keeping an eye open for the guild tags flying past me etc. I have to agree with him that perhaps this needs to be reviewed because tbh I see lots more players from another guild that's not classed as the big 3 than I do with 2 of the classed big 3 and no it's not even my guild before anyone thinks  I hidden agenda. I like the rota and yes it works but not so sure that the at the moment big 3 should keep their spot unchecked now there are other large or perhaps larger guilds that should really be taking the spot if they can no longer manage to do their raids without multiboxing ( I don't think it's fair a guild should keep a trigger all week if they have to multibox rather than open it out to help), after all the public are expected to raid with this rule. So in short I feel that the rota should be reviewed as to who are the big three guilds with the most active players and updated. As with everything in life things change in time and if they are still as large as they have been, then they will keep their spots but if they are not then it's time to let somebody else have it. As always it's just my opinion and not aimed at anyone or meaning to offend anyone.

TBH Syber pretty much hit the nail on the head for me, Time zones are the issue ( I have known triggers to be there all day my time) and I tend to miss a lot of raids due to this. I can offer no answer because it's simply down to when most people are online and unfortunately for me it's around 00:00 - 01:00 am my time. Frustrating YES because I have to prioritize work with raid loot but I don't really blame anyone just because  there are not many UK or people nearer to my time zone playing. I would leave the rotation as it is and hope the big 3 ask for help now and then perhaps in the hope I and my fellow time zone players might get to raid more often.

I love my TS and agree they need a little loving, I often get frustrated with my TS in combat as he really needs something to help. I believe when Alurra addressed the devs ( I could be wrong) to look into giving the scout some more love they replied  the Scout had recieved some of their precious time already and had been given much needed love in giving them the abilty to make thier own ammo etc and wanted to give some time to the other classes. Theres no harm in asking though and like your idea. Fly safe Pestilennce.
