  1.   Go to the destination where the satellites or garbage is to be dropped.  There should be an icon over the target, once you're close enough click on said icon and the satellite or garbage will release.  There are jobs at various stations, you must be no more than 15 levels below the level of the job to take it.  Not all job terminals work.  Those that do, are free for all, in terms of job sponsorship.
  2. I'm in Mynd's camp on this one.  If there is such a thing, I'd describe much of what I do as "gray" multi-boxing.  Really only playing one character, but the other buffs the played character, or gets traded to as to not leave XP on the table.
  3. The TW not getting Navigate may be a warrior thing.  Not sure there.
  4.   I'm not sure whether or not it did more damage than Superior Archos ammo, my PE didn't get big enough in EnB Origins for it to be a factor.  Tried the PE out after sunset announce, to see what I missed.
  5. I have no problem with members of the big 3 participating in public raids.  It likely increases the chance that it will be done successfully.
  6. You probably want to do L105 jobs in locations that are near wefts.  If you know a JE with the Endriago wormhole, you can to satellite jobs to Aragoth Prime.  That will shorten your trips quite a bit.  With the addition of credits for Explore jobs, and the reduction of XP that went with it, unless you are a Jenquai below EL25, you're better off doing trade jobs.  The Field Clear jobs for explorers are fairly nice, and there are good ones in Endriago.  The Terran Scout has it best for those, the JE next, and the PE last, if you're going to Lagarto.
  7. Not absolutely sure, but I think that the Ballistic Sniper is a mission reward.  I think the mission is given by India on Margesi station.  Will have to send Torrie there to be sure.
  8. One of the missions late in EnB Origins was the Heal the Maelstrom mission.  The mission required you to inject balm into the Mondara Maelstrom.  The Balm injectors; however, were unstable, and if you logged out any you possessed were lost.  Sometimes we get visits from Megan, crash to desktop, or get stuck at the map screen.  If this were to happen in EnB Origins, you'd lose any balm injectors in your possession.  In emulator, how about we preempt the problem of players complaining (rightfully so) that Megan took their balm injectors, we make the temporary nature of the items based on a time period rather than logout?  Say have a balm injector last for somewhere between 1 hour and one day, and disappear if not used by then?  Have the description of the balm injector list how long it will last before it's lost.   Empty injectors, however, were not temporary, it was the substance inside of them that made them unstable
  9. My JT learned a new recipe recently, Eye of Destruction.
  10. The addition of beams like the L9 Ambushing Jaguar, as alternatives to the Pitbull Sr. means that the beams that are really intended to be rare, can actually be rare.  Beams like the Jaguar address a common complaint, the lack of variety in Plasma beams for Jenquai at the higher levels, especially the JE & JT.  The Made to Live being another example, of weapon improvement compared to the original game.  On the weapon choice front the emulator is superior to the original.    In the emulator's future addition of beams comparable to the Ambushing Jaguar, should outpace additions of beams comparable to the Devastating Gaze.  If you're a JE you can look forward to a VERY good beam when the storyline advances and the Mars Construction Project comes into the game.  Not only that, you can get it without worrying about raids or drop rates.  It's called the Gaze of Amah, and it's DPS is equal to the Devastating Gaze, according to the N7 Database, and it can be obtained by lots of mining.
  11. The Archos Threader device was one of the possible rewards for the Mars Construction Project.  There were also rewards for the JE, I'd think that rewards for the Scout would also be added.  MCP rewards are limited, if going like the original, only by how many passes you're willing/able to earn.  An NPC there will take specific ores, and certain amounts of said ores earn a pass.  Said passes can be turned in for various rewards, the Archos Threader being one of them.   Storyline finding the V'rix, and the Progen declaring war on them, should come before the MCP.   This assumes that the Emulator's storyline will develop in the same way as the original game's storyline on that matter.  I don't know about the Asperity of the Master beam, but I'd like to know that as well.  If they're going with the original storyline, on the matter of der Todesengel, that should come after the start of the MCP.
  12. Not sure, but the devs may be limited from doing this by the client.
  13. With respect to the DG (Devastating Gaze), how about a small increase in the likelihood that the eye drops, even if the DG itself remains unchanged.  The DG itself, though should drop at both the gate & the fishbowl if it's not dropping at both.

Is it possible to run E&B on an Apple computer.  My current PCs are getting a bit old, and I wonder if I should rule out a Mac as a replacement.  If so how is it done, and is it a royal PITA that's not worth the effort.  I've heard that they can play at least some Windows games with the proper software, but not sure if this is one of them or if it's worth the effort.
  16. For the JT being able to clear the hacking, I was thinking only in terms of the disable effect, not to reinstall your equipment.  For mobs used during low to mid level grinding, I think making it less devastating should be considered.  I was thinking about high end content.  The disable skills debuff, is something that's listed in the game docs, available on N7 Portal, but was never used in the original.
  17.   You'll have to use the Choose Profession arrows at the bottom of the screen to see the missing classes.  It doesn't add new buttons to the top.  The instructions for doing so can be found in the Game Resources section of the forums.   Welcome back.
  18. I don't think that they should take away the mobs' ability to do this, instead allow one of the support classes to clear the hacking effects, via a line of devices.  I'd pick the JT.  If that's the case you can make the duration longer, for the disable effect, as the players can counter it via a support character, in addition to raising their Psionic deflect.
  19. What's the point of having a ML whose ammo that can neither be built, nor purchased at a vendor?  The Mazzaroth Reaper spore launcher doesn't need to be buildable, but if it's ammo can neither be built nor purchased, it's just going to be vendor food.
  20. To cover every possible build in the game, not counting Agrippa, you'll need to have at a minimum a TT, PT, and either a JE or JT.   To do it in the fewest possible characters the TT would build everything, eventually, except Reactors.  The JT/JE and PT would build Reactors, since no Terran can build reactors due to racial weakness. (no playable character can build the item his race is weak with)  You'll need quite a few overdings to max the TT's builds if you also want to use it in combat or support.  Progen & Jenquai are subject to racial restrictions when building, Terrans are not.  Progen cannot build Progen Restricted items, Jenquai cannot build Jenquai Restricted equipment.  Much of the equipment used by either Progen or Jenquai is restricted from the opposite race.   Agrippa is Progen specific content, that gives some recipes.  I'm not sure, but I think you'll need all 3 Progen characters to cover all Agrippa Tech builds.
  21. Playing a new JE I had around. The name is beyond obvious.
  22. Been in a few fishbowls as public raids.  They have, for the most part, been successful in that we completed the raid successfully & I got at least one item.  The best weekend I had raiding, with others, I got a Scientist Data Cube, Made to Live, and IIRC an Asperity of the Master.  My JT was able to get the MtL beam analyzed. I was also able to get the one buildable part of the beam that I didn't already have the recipe for, the Athanor Astral Mounts.
  23. In addition to that, there are other things that affect your damage, such as mob's resistance or vulnerability to the specific type(s) of damage you're using.
  24. Welcome back to Earth & Beyond.  The missing classes have been implemented, though the Privateer is short one skill.  Each of the new classes got their own star system that wasn't in the original.  Seeker got Castor (Ishuan, Menorb, & in the future  Nebiros), Scout got Proxima Centauri (Adriel Prime & Margesi), and Privateer got Altair (Altair III, Nostrand Vor sector & planet).  There are also new sectors that weren't in the original, such as Pluto & Charon, Neptune, Uranus, Ceres (currently closed), Venus, Mercury, Paramis (Smuggler's Run), & Moto (61 Cygni).   If you want a Scout, Seeker, or Privateer you can find the instructions in game resources, here.
