Hold up! It may seem somewhat humorous to ask this, but I too feel concerned about the "projectile" spam and "lazer" spams... What can we do to reduce those lagging monsters as well? If we reduce all 3 effects of the weapon types. Then there surely wouldn't be any lag left hanging in the balance you know.

Shame on you for deliberately using one of the "biggest" known guild's for an example in the EMU. When you know other guilds are capable of committing the same act out of confusion. ie: Static-X, FF, BlackStar, ect... lol Again that would be undeniable personal towards Vonbon in my opinion because the biggest crime here that no one has mentioned is slandering Vonbon's user name throughout the EMU forums!!! Now I never meet the guy and feel some sympathy for him because after all I have witness more justified cases IRL then this crap. To indicate that no apologize OPTION from the HGM and GMs alike, were not available nor thought of or otherwise used in this crap case of KSing w/e. Then the continuation cases of other predation of "ebil players" is terrible prevented. Then the "ebil players" don't learn anything by getting ban hammered by a GM only jury, without that player apologizing to the victim before hand!!! Another words, Take it only to the next step if neither player is welling to apologize after they hear the consequences first. For the record SU in Slayton well always be big game or high competition why? There is only 1 of him in game existence there by forcing all players who need his wonderful loot into a competition not a frenzy. If by chance Su become 6 mobs and you guys were shooting him well just having 6 would reduce the competition but logically I know this argument of KSing near any Boss mob is out of the question. It doesn't apply with single spawn rates basically. You the player's wouldn't attack a Boss or single rare spawn without already acknowledging of the possibility, there might be competitions between others players in-game. There's no excuses other then pure ignorance. ...If your sitting in 1 spot next to another guy in 1 spot waiting for the target to appear and you both fire at same time (low lvl or not) when that target appears. Then that action automatically puts you into the competition ring not KSing ring. However when you both decided to voluntarily hunt the same game there's no excuses hands down for KSing. Now KSing in my opinion is when your low lvl not high enough to beat logically another players power and he see's you in line of sight during your active battle with another mob. Takes the time to watch you stop firing because knowingly your reactor might be dry at lower lvls. He their by swoops in to finish the mob off by the time your reactor recharged yeah that's what I call KSing.

This is funny and I have to ask this hoping the feedback of the players would place their vote, because to many misconceptions of this question are in-game. While one person say's they all do the same damage type, the other says they do 1/2 and 1/2. Sense were in aplha testing I think it would be logical to ask what once and for all is true to the majority damage type the mobs do in-game. I did see emp being used my self recognized it from the progen sprite beam effect from one of the mobs. So I devised a poll to get real results if you the players would please participate in this poll. Sense we are in testing and this is question is pointing towards the players only in-game not the Devs or GMs. Just honest players should vote and we well see where the majority type of damage the mobs do compared to the 2nd majority because the mobs obviously are not doing the correct type of damage sense ST2. As a player I feel I am doing no harm by asking such question as it is only to configure my confusion with equipping the only use worthy device to resist even if a small majority uses emp or plasma. I have also searched through 8 newly forum threads thnx to the search engine on this forum site. I have yet to find such a relating thread to this topic.

OK that may have worked for you but it didn't work for me. It seemed I was force to build 1 launcher for the 1st quest building weapons, then a 2nd launcher built for the ML quest because she wouldn't register wither I had 2 launchers previously made or not and I got the ML skill at CL 3 or 4. So building a second launcher during that ML skill quest did the trick. all and all you wind up with 2 mls and 2 completed quests without buying an extra. lol

Yeah...I wound up finding that out my self, that you can't duplicate a Vista OS.

To make this short, I agree with Both Ghent's&Mimir's previous post. As for Zethro's lol @ "bugs and anomalies that we players tolerate amazingly well." True the GMs and Devs may think the "feedback machine" whines a bit to much but until there in that "sphere of influence" no one can truly say there other wise. Of course when I read that someone mentioned this happening prior to every 8 months or so. Seems to be more of an excuse to scream out for help because no one is learning from lessons of their history. An analogy of this would be a friend snapping at his best friend for not listening to him the 1st time. The second time he snaps at his best friend, is because the best friend proved he could never listen to him the 1st time.

I kinda like how they got the mining setup. True the more ppl jump into the game as a miner the fewer the majority and chances to mine an ore become, but your mistaken without examining the GAME! So once again that's where the fun begins. Without job terminals these clearing ore field bonuses are purposely made for that reason because exploration jobs accelerated the xp in LIVE not the speed of ore fields spawning. I like to fight for chance although soon as a miner you might bitch and complaining about 6 men group clearing a field you were once mining on. The horse race to killing a BOSS or clearing a field is what bring me joy in the game. Not the uber weapons or credits. To fight against another player environmentally if not for credits is a spin in my world of combat. So you can either join others or loose the fun and become an outcast in the game your choice. I hope anyone who has tested this in ST3 already understand what I'm explaining. Kenu already announced it, were just transferring to the new server nothing more nothing less no new content well be implemented in ST4.

OK I had a Dinosaur A 1st AN17,mobo - adopted it from an old server box. Geforce 4400,video card 512mb of Penyon,ram 300w ATX GU,psu single core amd 2200+,cpu - that was a lot of power back then. and it ran for awhile with XP and even through Vista until Vista SP1 was born and then that corrupted the bios on it lol but sense then it played E&B good enough for that and a few other mmorpgs games not to mention eve. lol Then there came the transformation which I knew I needed a reliable and long lasting gaming rig if i was going to build one. So i decided to swap my parts for these it was cheap cost 1/2 less then an AlienWare tower and saved energy too. Out with the old and in with the new! GA-EP45-DS3R, mobo - (1600Mhz fsb),(2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 video slots),(dual Bios) got it right when it was being announced got a discount b4 they raised the price and realized how energy efficient it was. Nivida EVGA Geforce-8800GT,gpu - checked the results it is most stable and rarely over heated during that year out of all it's numbers. Wolfdale E8400 3Ghz,cpu - decided to switch with Intel because speed was my main issue with multi-tasking on a computer. Corsair 2x XMS(ddr2),ram - got those as a freebie from a friend. BFG Tech 550w,psu - for now 1000w does not look good on my bill so I'll stick to the 550w sense my PC is energy efficient. With this cheap budget build I'm practically saving money while still being able to have a good time blowing stuff up in E&B and cost less then the full price of a AlienWare gaming rig. xD There is of course much more pluses to this build but you can do the research.

As if your's is not in the form of a question but still resembling the same curiosity of that of the masses. imo The only experience I have seen in-game that which can't be tested nor scripted in-game, yet is a big part of the community in-game it's self is non-other then player communication. Other then that with out player communication in-game, my character feels like hes just another entity created to take up space and cause what we like to call lag in-game. It's about examining what frustrates us and what brings us the most joy in-game. Sense most of us have forgotten that it is still a stress test the content could go kaputz at any moment in ST4. I would like to say the E&B Staff have done a grate job on resurrecting the game, because EnB feels so alive!!! We can hardly remember from the past few days of testing this emulator that E&B was once shutdown for Sunset. I look forward to the more successful work the Devs and Coders put into the Future of E&B and it's New Server!! Woot!!!

Kewl now for my next question. Is it freeware or do I have to sign my life away just to use a demo version? I have "googled" and found VMware 7.0 workstation not 3.0 and M$ Virtual PC is actually called Azure Platform???... Maybe if you could give me a link to download these programs I would appreciate it. I must be unaware if these cost billions because so many are raving about it.

I had that problem once. Was mainly do to same BUG that most challenging to the DEVS which is a, crash during docking and undocking and worst case in between the docking ergo your either in a black hole or your stuck. I knew I didn't need to uninstall my client firstly because this happens rarely and second, updates and server connection is the only time it happened until server rebooted or crashed it's self then all was well. I even went as far as to ask a beta tester, on an alt character that I was force to make temporarily. If you can dock at a the same station that my character crashed at and if that station isn't down by accident and he was able to dock. Cheers

VMware, Microsoft Virtual PC and is there another option? I'm kinda clueless on this whole ideal just to dual log on 1 pc. So yeah your gonna say XP maybe be more stable then Vista but that doesn't mean you should bash my next Vista question! OK, like we all know Linux is way more secure then XP nuf said but still. So yeah what about Vista users? Can they run these programs? Is it more safe or worst and unstable from those who have experienced it and are using Vista? Honestly I've played one 1 account so far and it's been fun, but now I'm just curious about the possibilities of running 2 accounts now just for fun instead of 1. It's what all the kewl kids are doing right? LOL
