[Stuck] Green Initiative: You'd forget your head if it wasn't attached

Hi! I'm not sure what's happening, but my toon: Hurentacab seems to be stuck on this mission.

I'm at step 7/14 which reads "Use the wormhole to travel to Risco moon and scan the GetCo Sleeper ship that crashed there. Return to Ioanna-J with the results".

I've tried about 10 times now, even logged out, left the planet and came back, but no matter what I try, I can't seem to get past this step.
When I get to the GetCo Sleeper ship, the verb icon turns into "Scan". Once I use it my chat says:
^Completed 1 for Green Initiative : You'd forget your head if it wasn't attached ...

If I re-target the GetCo Sleeper ship at this point, the verb icon is gone, so it appears to have registered the scan at least.
But whenever I return (used the wormhole both ways, every single time) to Ioanna-J Deinon, she's just rude "I'm busy with important matters right now. Go away."

I also made sure I have some free inventory space, so that doesn't seem to be the culprit at least.
I checked the wiki to see if it had any pointers, which were: accessing any terminal and/or move some of heads around in the inventory. Unfortunately neither helped.

Any thoughts on what I can do differently to get past this?

I have a mission called "Report for a lady" where I am meant to hand over a report to Moire Archer, but when I visit her she tells me I am missing the report that it is not in my inventory. She refers to the InfinitiCorp Execreport cy864. I cannot forfeit the mission either to restart Can you help with this?! Thanks.

Ask Imperator Brook about his plans to destroy the Red Dragon presence in Mars Gamma
- After accepting the mission, talk to Brook again
Destroy the Red Dragon Freighter detected by the scan array at (x: 40, y: 70)
- If you fly to the Waste Station and then to the freighter, it is about 30k to the east.
- This will get you close to Nav Meeting Point
- There will be several Red Dragon ships there from CL6 to CL8. Be careful, chances of death are high. Get your best shield on.
- You need to kill one of the freighters for the mission to continue. It will wreck you with L2 shield, get help or wait until Reactor 3(so you can shield recharge enough) or L3 shields.
Return to Arx Bursa and speak to Imperator Brook for your reward.
- At this step you get: 3000 Credits, 200 Collegia Traders faction, and a Oraculum Primoris

What's posted above is the wiki walkthrough. The 2/4 step I am stuck on wants me to find the source of the energy spike that was detected. This isn't mentioned in the wiki. I posted it just for clarity. I followed these steps in the hope that it would advance the mission, but it did not.

I also went through the gravity well to the gravity well nav point in hopes that it would advance the mission. That course did not work either. I am at a loss as to what to do here after spending a couple of hours trying to complete this initial hull upgrade. Please advise. I know I am missing something. Thank you.

So i think the name was "GdialwayS1" or "Element1" i am really not sure. I have a TE level 60's i think on it. and a very low level JD, probably like overall level 15 or so.

Not sure why but ever since i switch PC's and came back to the game months ago, i just havent been able to log into that secondary account. Pls help thanks

I followed the steps from the FAQ regarding installation of the game client and net-7 launcher. I have created 2 game accounts that are visible under my master account. However, I'm unable to login to the game after launching it from the net-7 launcher with either account. What is the delay time between game accounts created online being migrated to game servers? Should I just wait a few hours and try again? I have tried from a Windows 10 and Windows 11 machine both with the same issues.

potential abuse of powers

I am reporting player potentially using GM's to abuse their powers for his advantage. I went on a FB raid with Keese and company. I informed him I would join the raid but I wanted to have a chance to roll on the level 9 Invincible Bastion if it dropped. Indeed it did drop and Keese looted it instead of offering a roll. He said he was going to get a GM to transfer it to another player he knew who needed it. This is pure BS if it happens. If the item is non tradeable then he is STUCK with it if he takes it. He knew what he was doing when he looted it. I hope GM's aren't using their powers to help screw other players!!!!!! IMHO if he can get a GM to give it to another player then I should be able to get a GM to give me the one I should have had a chance at. Neither is right!!!!! But if one is right then BOTH are. So if any of the GM's have done this then it MUST stop since it is being used abusively to cheat other players. And I will not be doing another raid with him. 2x I have done a FB and have received NOTHING for helping. One of the times a guildie of mine was also there and got nothing. No ammo comps, no items..NOTHING...So it rubs even more raw if GM's are helping this lying cheating scamming player.

Having issue with trial by fire for Jenquai Defender

Having issue with trial by fire for Jenquai Defender. Combat starts fine but then the weapon slots get a red not x but targeting reticle in the middle of the circle an stop firing. Is this an ability that is being used? Is there some indicator that should indicating a status. Not sure anything is wrong, but no idea what is going on.

I've been trying to search the forums but not having much luck. Wiki yesterday was asking for login on anything, but the main page. Any good pointers would be appreciated. Thanks.

...I'm uncertain my ticket went through ok as I've never used the ticket system before. Trying to check my ticket status i (of course) forgot the ticket number and havent gotten a confirmation via mail (not sure I'm supposed to). Trying to login but unsuccessful - not sure which credentials to use.

Problem:

Account Oxymorron, toon Bluepirate.

Had a CTD gating to the Nostrand Vor planet. Now the charcter is stuck there as i get a CTD everytime i try to logon that toon. Other toons on the same account are fine and playable. If I could get a boost off the planet that would be great

General question so I dont have to post here for tickets in the future:

- Do I need to register separately for the ticket system? I tried logging in with both forum and net-7 account credentials unsuccessfully. Or did I mess it up?

So not sure what's wrong, I was updating some login information on my accounts last night and seems like net-7 has just died on me or is it for everyone?

Whenever I launch the site now it doesn't seem to load completely and whenever I try to use an of the links and things that are present I get an error...

a bunch of my toons haven't been able to do this year's 3 skill point mission since they did it last year. my brother's accounts have the same problem. newer toons i created since then have been able to accept it though.

is there a script that is available to reset for everyone? or does Woody or a GM have to manually do it for everyone?

On my JE...I picked up mission "Boldly Go Where No One Has Gone Before"

from Tobias Mats on Dahin planet.

The first step is to talk with Dr. B'nzen H'neydoo at Ishuan Station.

There is only one conversation thread with H'neydoo and it leads to "Done".
The mission doesn't advance.

Also, there is no option to pickup the requisite mission
named "Green Initiative: Why did the chicken cross the road?"

which should also be given by H'neydoo.

This is for the Extended Wormhole skill.

My OL atm is 86 and the Extended Wormhole skill requires OL60.

Note:

I do not yet have Carpenter or Endriago under the "Create Wormhole" skill.

I see no wording saying that all abilities within "Create Wormhole" are required.

Is this bugged or do I need to get the Carpenter and Endriago wormhole abilities first

before the proper dialog is displayed when talking with Dr. B'nzen H'neydoo?

ok so i did do a ticket twice because i dont think i did it right the first time and now i am not sure i was clear in what i typed but my je had these two data cubes and i couldnt get rid of them and i asked how to get rid of them and did said action to be rid of them now i know its for the end of the lvl 30 hull upgrade mission to build the inspiration and i screwed it up lol then messed up on the ticket and it does not allow me to check it so probably messed it up too and if it is just me over thinking the whole thing just ignore sorry to bother so much but i didnt mean to mess up sooooooo many times ty and great job with the game people

Issue with Agrippa - Stage III Encryption

My PP (Hildyth) is on the Progen Token Bonus: PHALANX mission.

The mission requires me to have a Stage III Encryption and a couple of level 9 components.

I understand that you have to get the Stage III Encryption from Architecti Composita. He is supposed to offer these in trade for 10 Security Optimal Override Alpha devices. I have those in my hold but he is only offering the Stage II Encryptions?

I also think I may have a broken Agrippa shield chain as I can't progress that chain. It may be part of the reason why Composita is not offering me the stage III?

I've been playing the game for a while now without issue. Yesterday when i tried to login login i get a message that says "Ssorry, your login does not appear to be valid. Try again using the default launcher". then the game closes.

I keep hitting reset updates, force updates, deleted and reinstalled Net 7, etc. nothing works. I went back to make sure windows defender is allowig the game and it is. I have win 10.

I actually fot a login attempt to actually get in the game a minute ago. but i immediately tried to gate and teh game just sat there on the map screen and i had to force close the game. now i cant get in again.

The Net 7 launcer says in tope left Launchnet v2.2.0 and in the bottom right Current version 542.
