Granted it's been at least two years since I was last playing this game so maybe they upped the difficulty in that time. Presently though aggro seems a lot different than I remember, making combat a bit rough. I'm pulling mobs from all over the place no matter where I go, also seems like signature is not working as even on my JE who has .3 sig if I decloak mobs will come from 10k away to attack me. Hunting areas I used to solo on my PW pretty easily I'm having to run away after a bit now. Were there changes to game difficulty or is it just in my head?

Does anyone know how long the server will be down?

Just curious on the less combat oriented classes, in this case Terran Scout, do people normally level their CL by hunting? Combat missions just don't really seem worth it from an xp per hour standpoint. But if you were to do something like max out Trade to 50 I know that xp then spills over into the other two pools, exploration can easily hit 35 just on full tours and once that's 50 everything would flow to combat. Is that a method people use? So you're effectively doing trade to raise your CL's? Just curious because I'm finding it a bit tedious to do atm. My PW wasn't much of an issue as combat is their thing and while I can kill appropriate level mobs one on one i…

Hello to the deveLopers! I want to ask you if you can assign to these planets of the same appearance a new and separate texture. I can make them in resolution 512x512 as usual, or 2048x2048 for separate modification (moddb.com - Earth and Beyond emulator HD Planets and Moons). I mean for example New Edimburg and Zweihander. I have a unique texture for each of the planets now. More to come!

I made a discord server I tried to design it like the forums, it's still a work in progress currently there's custom emotes, roles, channels and voice area's that can be used. Yes I know there's a TeamSpeak however some people prefer discord. Also there's more security on Discord, you have to had at least verified your email and been a member for 10 minutes to join. The #welcome room is where you're announced, there's a section where you're automatically granted the role of New Player whenever you join the discord. After installing game and net 7 client it wont instal net7 config to set up video and after log to game its only little game screen, i tried reinstating but wont help also im getting some issue info when installing net7. Any idea what to do ? i'm running windows 11 home.

So there is no Bug Tracker, and the Technical Support portion of the forum does not work when sorting by time.....so here is a fun bug. Around 11:30 am EDT / 15:30 UTC I was killing Voltoi in Antares, leveling two of my PWs that were OL 119 (43/44/32) when I killed a blinding voltoi waft and looted the corpse. I transferred 2 characters to a newly made game account yesterday and then deleted the old account. The web-portal confirmed that there were no characters on the old account, prompted me if I was sure I wanted to delete the old account, and then, after I confirmed that I wanted to delete the old account, DELETED THE NEW ACCOUNT WITH BOTH OF MY CHARACTERS ON IT. The GM response to this was that everything was deleted off the server. "I'm sorry for your loss" was the ticket resolution. Is the only deletion check for an entire account handled solely in the interface? Did you seriously not build in a check on your server to verify that no characters we…

First of all, I am no network expert. All of what I am saying here is what my brain came up with after listening and reading a bit. When I want to run multiple toons doing some trade runs or something, I seem to get more disconnects entering stations or gating. It seems like most disconnects may be associated with loss of UDP protocol packets somewhere in the chain between the client and the server (potentially somewhere within the Internet as well). I thought about it a little and wondered whether there is anything on my end (client) that I can do to reduce the occurrences. On my PC, Windows has a single buffer receiving the UDP packets and I thought that multiple …

I know this was debated several years ago. When I did a in-forum search using keywords "radioactive" and "shield" (no quotation marks) I got 87 pages of results and I'm not even sure the debate happened on this or the old forums. The debate I'm referring to is whether or not shields can recharge while in a radioactive area. What I remember about the debate is people on both sides claimed they had proof from pre-Sunset, but I personally never saw either side's proof (which would have to be video evidence of someone's gameplay with the mouse positioned over the shield bar while in a radioactive area). server down unexpectedly?

I don't know if someone setting up a private server is at all an option these days or not. Myself and my friend used to play EnB when it was out and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. I also connected to Net7 and played a bit as well. I am retired now (I was an IT PM - on mainly mainframe applications). I was hoping to be able to set up an ENB server at home to accommodate 3 to 6 users so that I can play with a few friends when they are over at my place. I am looking at nostalgia and having some fun for a bit. I understand that it may take a while to actually set it up. I am not an expert but I can likely muddle through it eventually. I am not necessarily interested in the lates…

Hello to all, I redrawn several textures planets and moons and i am planing continue with that. I draw the other planets and moons as I progress through the game. The fruits of my effords are shown on a video posted on YouTube. Go there and search this: Earth & Beyond emulator HD planets and moons. Video shows my first changes; imortant is first 1 and half minute. The game looks much better with that. Origin textures are 512x512 pixels and less, now has 2048 x 2048 pixels.
