I opened the vault frist to Jex Kerome, then switched to Jayce without resetting the form; that must have been the problem. And I didn't try again right away because the error window also said to avoid touching anything in the toon's vault until you guys looked at it. Now I know and the transfers went OK now. Thanks for the attention.

I was doing a transfer and when I clicked the start transfer button this popped up:   Abort! An error occured. Please inform the WebDevs via Bug-Ticket and supply this message: ITEM_ID 3814 not found in AVATAR_ID 156568 and INVENTORY_SLOT 4!   The incident occurred today, August 12 2015, at about 19:00 PST, while transferring stuff from "Jayce" to "Joyce."
