More learning load of these chaps next to the gates in swooping eagle . didnt help that i am for some reason totally green faction with shinwa (probably the combat quests in Yokan) still they can be menced and killed (without damage to rep it seems). the mourning circle killing didnt work btw. Quest complete B-)

Thank you i am not sure about where they need to be . you need to use the menace ability on them so I will check it out.

Anyone any idea where the L25 Shinwa patrol vessels hang out ? been looking for a while in  Castor and Cappella as instructed no joy so far ?
